Along the highway we saw a sign for this place as a birding area and pulled off. It was a nice little boat ramp spot on a creek where there was odd floating vegetation that was pretty cool. We saw several birds here including egrets, a heron, a Broad-winged Hawk, Bank Swallows, a Northern Harrier, and an Eastern Kingbird. Worth the stop if you're a birder looking for a quick little viewing area, but there are a lot more spots on the Calhoun Loop that are even better so don't fret if you miss it.
