It's not even 5 and they're closed already. Not a very nice way of doing business. False advertising if you ask me.
Fresh caught flounder. All bought as soon as the fisherman walked in!!

Love the selection and freshness of the fish. They were helpful in letting me know how to prepare and even gave me some recipe ideas! Thanks again.

Please note this place is also called La Ribera Restaurant #2.Came here for dinner tonight based on the recommendation of a coworker who had eaten here before while staying in Corpus for work. I was a little worried because it doesn't seem to be located in a great part of town. I also wasn't expecting it to be a Mexican Seafood Restaurant. The place is super clean inside, albeit undecorated and cheap. And there's a funky smell of cleaning solution when you walk in. But this was about the only negative that I have to say. We were able to seat ourselves anywhere we wanted. The menu was extensive with choices for about every taste. All the options were in both Spanish and English. Service was prompt and friendly. My coworker and I had a hard time deciding what we wanted to eat. She eventually settled on the garlic grilled shrimp and I asked for the Shrimp Diablo. Luckily the server warned me it was super spicy, so I ended up also ordering the garlic shrimp. Right after, the server dropped off a small sample of the diablo sauce for me to try and she wasn't joking! It was a slow burn, but extremely hot and long lasting! Glad I went with something else. The food cake promptly and the plate was HUGE! We got fresh, homemade guacamole, Spanish rice, lettuce with tomatoes, French fries, and shrimp and grilled onions. All for $10!!!! And the shrimp was delicious! There were 12 large shrimp that tasted super fresh, grilled onions, and chinks of fresh garlic. She also brought buttered pieces of toast for the side. This was in addition to the chips and salsa brought early on. Dinner was delicious and I'm stuffed!

I was in town visiting/working, from Kansas City. I saw the previous Yelp reviews, and saw a comment about "when it was open", so I called: the guy told me it was just a Seafood Market. Well, I got a return phone call, he apologized for missing my call. When I told him about calling about Supper, he said: "yes, I have a restaurant attached to my market, and you can get my oysters, shrimp, and fish". (Holy crap I talked to the owner!). So, I had to try it. I had the #56; fried shrimp and catfish. The breading on the shrimp and fish was light, crispy, and a wonderful Golden Brown. I know it has to be made In House, you don't get batter/breading that good, in a can. Overall, a great dining experience!

Went there last week and picked up some fresh shrimp and a filet of black drum. Proprietor was friendly, seafood was of top quality and place was clean. Next time will make sure to return on Saturday morning to get some blue crab!

They always have the freshest seafood. My family has been going to the seafood store even when they were on staples. They are the only people i trust for my seafood.

I went to Morgan Street Seafood for the first time to buy seafood to take to my family in Houston. I got beautiful shrimp, red snapper, and although not indigenous to our bay waters, salmon from the North Atlantic. Everything was so fresh and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They cleaned and filleted the fish and packed it all in plenty of ice at no additional charge.I will certainly return to Morgan Street the next time I want fish, shrimp, or blue crabs.

Knew someone who worked there and they said the owners treated them like shit, at times gave a "special" to customers or restaurant owners, the special was a dollar up the actual price. When it came to inspection time they treated employees the way they should have been treated. They sell shrimp that was priorly frozen.

When it was still open it was a wonderful seafood market! The best and freshest catch right off the boat. The owners were great. It's been closed for awhile now. Miss the live crabs! But you can get amazing seafood (cooked) right next door to where the market used to be, La Ribera restaurant! Or if Mexican food is more to your tastebuds, that's your place to go too.
