If I could give zero stars I would! This company completely took advantage of our daughter. We are vendors at an event. I gave my daughter and her friend 70 to get wrist bands and they went to get the bands and were given some for 30. When my daughter and her friend got back they told me that the tickets only 30. They said they told the guy that they wanted the 35 dollar wrist bands and the guy gave them the 30. Those were only good for 30 more minutes. I confronted Janie and she was very rude. She all but called my daughter and her friends stupid and when I asked who I could email about this she said... whoever you want and that she ran this company and didn't care who I emailed or talked to. I am so thankful our county chooses a carnival that doesn't exploit kids. To know that I was dealing with the owner and she didnt make it right or even try is disgusting but not as disgusting as reading other reviews about how this company scams kids. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Me and my friend were given $70 to go buy wristbands for the day. Instead we were given $10 back and were told it was only gonna be $60 for us today instead of $70. We then asked the guy if he was sure it wasn't $70 and he said yes. When we came back we were told we couldn't go on any rides.One of the workers told us to go talk to Janie (one of the owners). She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We explained our problem and she went on to say we just didn't understand what we were doing. She told us that we didn't ask for the other wrist band, and told us that we werent paying attention. She blamed it on us. My friends mom tried to reason with her and she just didn't care. My friends mom then asked who she could contact about this and Janie said "whoever you want". Im still in shock that she said those things to me and my friend And stole from us unbelievable.
