Many times they say my meds are ready and they aren't, they have been missing as well, and they are always rude about it. I can never get in and out of there in less than 30 mins and they are not very busy. I've been overcharged in a years time for over $500 dollars and they eventually caught it. It shouldn't have happened though. I don't recommend this company and won't use them again.Response to your excuse, which I was polite enough to not mention, so I'm glad you put it on the table for discussion:I witnessed you attempting to sell unnecessary supplements to an elderly woman, causing me to wait for 45 minutes while listening to your sales pitch. It was evident that she did not require all of those items, especially considering her fixed income she kept mentioning to you. Your actions were unethical, and you should feel ashamed of yourself. I became increasingly frustrated with your persistent efforts to persuade her into purchasing products that lack any evidence of effectiveness for her. Consequently, I requested you to attend to my medication so that I could leave. I received a notification stating that it was ready, without any mention of having to endure your entire sales presentation. Your exploitative behavior towards the elderly, solely for financial gain, was the primary reason for my decision to switch. Your actions are deceitful and untrustworthy.Moore's Compounding Pharmacy (Owner)a month agoTo address your situation from yesterday, I will start with the fact that we are a teaching site for Texas A&M Kingsville College of Pharmacy, so when one of our pharmacy students checks your prescription you will get a notification that your prescription is ready but at the present time I do a final check after the student completes his/her check, so if I am assisting other customers I will be delayed in checking their work. To address your comment about rudeness, I was appalled by your rudeness to interrupt my time with another customer to demand that I complete your prescription. I feel that everyone is important and that they deserve my undivided attention in order to help them with their questions regarding their health issues. Regarding your being overcharged on your prescriptions, WE DISCOVERED THE OVERCHARGE AND BROUGHT IT TO YOUR ATTENTION AND TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD A CREDIT WITH US which you used up and were thankful that we discovered it. We value every customer and are responsive to legitimate criticisms, however in this case there is another side to your story.

Been using this Pharmacy for mail order compounding and have great service. They have a "sister" Pharmacy in Sinton Texas for those located across the bridge. Nice folks.

I recently moved to Corpus Christi from Asheville, NC and was in need of a compounding pharmacy for my cat. She requires 5 special medications. Moore's was recommended. They have proven to be outstanding!!!!!!! Their staff, service, quality and price are excellent. I would definitely consider using them.

I've been getting my prescriptions compounded at Moore's for 15 yrs or more. Kelby and his staff are professional and always willing to help me with and questions or concerns I have. I have relied heavily on Kelby's professional knowledge to keep myself and my family's health, especially during Covid 19. I'm grateful that Moore's Compounding Pharmacy is a great place with great staff to fill my prescriptions. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist knowingly accepted 2 scripts from my doctor (I called the day before to see if they had received them yet) and refused to fill or transfer them. The pharmacist waited over 30 hours after receiving them (and me asking them to wait on filling them due to being out of town as my veteran husband was having surgery in San Antonio for a wound he received in a war zone) to let me know he would not be filling my script. A week later and they are telling me they have no record of my scripts, forcing me to have to burden my doctor's office with reissuing the scripts.
