Very, very odd experience! Went for a fill & basic pedicure. Not a soul was in here getting anything done. Weird. Came in, said what I wanted....blue haired girl in her phone acted like I had just ruined her day. No hi, hello, nothing. She didn't know what "no chip" meant. Looked at me like I was an idiot. U mean "shellac"? Fine whatever at this point. She did my pedicure but had zero expression on her face. Ignored my comment about the weather. Ok......almost commical it was so weird. Also, getting my nails done at the pedicure chair. Awkward and not relaxing. Hard to cross right hand across my body. WTH? The pedicure came out fine. Nails had alot of rough spots at corners of my nails. She (other lady) did smooth out when I asked. Overall, if we lived here, I wouldn't come here again. Atmosphere-none. Service with a smile-none. Nails passable-yes. Value-no! 40 for a fill seems high. 25 for basic pedicure is ok. Aisian man & lady did say bye on my way out. Blue haired girl just kept looking at her phone. Girl, if you're so miserable......get a different job! Reminded me of a sullen teenager. Ugh.There's a reason this place was empty.

Start off with a positive... Miranda has skills and knowledge. I've never received a manicure/pedi with no lotion, no hot towels, no flip flops - walk from pedicure to manicure table barefoot? Clipped cuticles with water from the bowl I soaked my nails in? Im not sure the tools were sanitized. I'm from out of town but, when I spend $100 I'd like for it to feel like a treat, not a bother. Won't go back.

AVOID BEING WAXED HERE AT ALL COSTS!I use to really like this place. I've been coming here once a month for the last three years to get my eyebrows waxed, but this new esthetician they have... There are no words for the horrendous chop job she did on my eyebrows. How bad could it be, you ask. She managed to completely screw up the shape of both brows (something I will get to work on for the next few months) and she waxed half of my left brow COMPLETELY off. It's gone. I've been drawing my eyebrow on for the last few weeks, and it's embarrassing because it looks like s#*+ no matter what I do. The staff is really nice, and I'm sure they do a great job on nails, but avoid being waxed (especially your brows) at all costs. You will walk away disappointed and possibly crying.

I have been a loyal customer for 3 plus years at this nail salon and the customer service is not the best, but my friend and I have particular people that are really good with our toes. Today my friend and I went to get our monthly pedicure and wax and noticed the price list was down and was now was listed on a pamlet. When we asked Mot Nguyen about the $5.00 increase on a pedicure he proceeded to tell us that was always the price. We told him that that was not correct and he insisted their prices had not changed. The point if the price increase was not a problem but he persisted to tell us we were wrong. BTW, if you look anywhere online you will see a pedicure listed as $20.00. The money was not the point, so I asked Mot if the price was the same for the pink and black colors that I wanted and he continued to say it was $25.00. We were willimg to pay the extra due to our, claws, nails really needing to be done. We starting looking at colors and I explained 3 times that I would like a French pedicure with pink toes and black lines. Mot continued to say it was$25.00. We proceeded to get our toes done and the gentleman stated if that was the colors I wanted it was $30.00, so Mot comes over and changes everything he had just said to me 3 TIMES! I did not want to argue so I said just do the pink toes instead. The gentleman doing my toes cut the crap out of my cuticle and poured something on it that burnt like crazy and left dead skin all over my feet. At this tine, Mot continues to talk about it and then another worker there, Mimi started to get involved and rude with me, which is typical of her behavior that we have experienced in the past with Mimi. I then asked who the owner or manner was, and I was told there is not one. My friend and I left without even letting our toes dry to do how uncomfortable we felt in the facility. I began to search on my phone, when I got into my car, and found that the owner is Mot Ngyyen and called the number. This is the link to the owner information. https://www.chamberofcommerce.com/corpus-christi-tx/31081945-m-n-nails-spaWhen I spoke with Mot and he continued to argue with me and tell me that the customers are his number one concern and he is never rude. When I explained that I did not feel that way, he told me he could not talk about this matter because he was busy with another customer. I asked again who the owner of the company was and who was above him that I could speak to. He started there was no owner or manager and HEB owns it. I am a very calm and reasonable person but I do not take kindly to people who lie, embarrass, or disrespect their customers. We will NEVER go back and if HEB Flour Bluff is affiliated with them, we will take out business else where.

I always get my nails done here when I'm in town visiting my parents, and the staff is always so incredibly friendly. They always remember me even though I'm only there every so often! The facility is super-clean, they have wonderful massage chairs, and they have a large nail polish selection. My nails always look great amazing after going to MN Nails, and I would highly recommend to place to everyone!!!

AVOID THIS RACIST SALON AT ALL TIMES My girlfriend went in there to get her nails and eyebrows done but to our surprise, she was treated with such disrespect from the owner! THE OWNER! Everything was going smooth until it came to get her eyebrows done, the owner has no idea how to wax eyebrows! It looks like she got a weed wacker went as she pleased and when my girlfriend told her to stop so she can take a look at them the owner insisted on finishing her brows. I don't know what she was going to finish, she might as well have took them all off. My girlfriend then asked to be refunded the 10 dollars she paid for her eyebrows, after she just paid 90 dollars so 10 dollars was not going to break them and the owner started YELLING at her for no reason. Telling her she was disrespectful and how she needs to respect her elders. My girlfriend was trying to be as calm as possible but was very difficult with the owner trying to chase her out the salon telling her to go back to Mexico! yes, you read that right she told my girlfriend to go back to Mexico. I can not believe they would tell a customer that, this place does not care about customers and only cares about the money. That is not how a business should be ran, it was embarrassing and made my girlfriend leave that place in tears! To finish it off the owner told her to never go back there. Trust me we will never be back from this HORRIBLE experience. PS they make you walk around barefoot in the salon, no slippers what so ever, not very sanitary at all

I made an appointment to have a pedicure. The appointment time was for 11:00 AM. I arrived 5 minutes early. I had to wait over 45 minutes after my appointment time to actually have the pedicure started. I asked the technician for the price menu continuously and she ignored me. I insisted on the menu and she snapped at me and said, "In a minute!". That should have been my first clue of what was to come. My feet sat in the water for over 30 minutes before they actually started the service. Mary cut my toe nails down to the quick, which was a painful experience. Upon telling her she was cutting down to my quicks, she said "It's not bleeding". After enduring that pain, she then pulled out something that looked like a cheese grater . She cut the side of my foot with the cheese grater and had the audacity to say she didn't do that, when in fact I didn't to have any cuts on my foot. But what was worse of all, is that after using the implements, she just rinsed them off in my pedicure water and put them back in her tool box!! WARNING, YOU ARE RISKING INFECTION. They are rude, inadequate, and unprofessional. I don't know how they stay in business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
