MJ’s Mexican Restaurant

I have visited this place many times when I go back to go visit family in Carrizo but never took the time to review it. So my take on this place is that this is the best place for breakfast in Carrizo from a consistency, taste, food and price. If you are looking for good food in Carrizo, you should make time to eat here. Mj's I know is open for breakfast and I Believe for lunch til about 2:00pm. So if you are looking for good food, good price and consistency on flavor, definitely stop by Mj's for breakfast and lunch. You won't be disappointed.

Recommended by a business owner/family from down the street, we had one of the best breakfasts we've had out in long time. No frills restaurant with lots of character. The staff was professional having a quick pace and good energy. The pancakes were great, the sausage was delicious. Coffee was good and hot! Reasonable prices! A must do again!

Love the enchiladas here. The servers are always so nice. Food comes out quick. Love both lunch and breakfast

Terrible enchiladas. No chips and salsa. Food tasted like it came out of a microwave pack. The server was nice but didn't make up for the horrible meal.

Good food, good service, chicken fajitas were fire, homemade chips fire, fresh salsa, no complaints
