Me and my sons came for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time. It was as advertised amenity area was clean and comfortable and set up for the beach. The pool was very clean and ready to go. They have vending machines so if you don't wanna go run to the store you can get a couple things, the fishing pier was awesome. We had a really good time and fish. Also, a very nice walkable street behind it that you could go from one into the other was very relaxing for morning walks with my dog really loved it. We will be back.

Awesome condo which has perfect "beach" decor. Kitchen has everything we need. Bed/pillows are comfortable. Lovely view. suggestions: Bring mosquito spray. Thankfully we brought spray, but they are tenacious in finding a spot. Sticker (fish?) on sliding glass door. Hubby has walked into it twice. More detail re operating tv with two controls. It's confusing when just used to one control...esp if senior.

As mention in initial review, the refund for my pet deposit was received, despite the business owners response. Sir, I should've never been charged nor included in the category of anyone who intentionally commits fraud. Customer service is a make or break for any business. The two representatives I spoke with. Again, one accusing me of trying to commit fraud and the other who made promises on "closing the loop" of my concerns by ENSURING a call back that was never received. Expectation was for that to happen, especially since she reiterated that it would. Do I see y'all going going out of business, no. Y'all have nice properties, charge a lot, and a your customer demographic are willing to pay and enjoy their stay... in a clean and safe space. It would be nice if we get the product we purchased and the customer service that's expected when we don't

If I could give 0 stars that's what this deserves. Coastal oasis was absolutely disappointing, it's actually disturbing that a homeowner and property management company would be ok with the bathroom conditions. Upon our arrival the grass was extremely high as if it had been over a month since last maintenance, mosquito heaven! Downstairs shower had caution tape and a big sign saying do not use, mold and missing tiles on the outside of the shower area, this issue alone is completely unacceptable! Upstairs bathroom has extremely loose tiles. Green lights and dock lights did not work. This house is advertised as a 4 bedroom 3 bath. Horrible customer service and this home absolutely needs extreme love from its owner so so many issues!

Stayed in one of Miss Kittys properties. Reel Livin, 630 Copano Cove Rd.House was really nice! just had to make a 12 mile round trip to get a working can opener!! Septic system was overflowing and pumping water into the bay. Had to deal with smell for 5 days. Called the office first time and was told they would see if maintenance "wanted" to come check it. Nothing! Called the next day and was told they would send an email to maintenance. Again nothing!! Today I reported this to Aransas County Enviromental and they ARE going to check it out.Fishing pier is really nice if you want to watch a romantic sunset!! Green lights were not fully functional, one was out. Could not see to bait a hook because there is very little overhead lighting. So if you are going to fish be prepared to light it yourself!!

When Miss Kitty's first started, they were excellent. Not sure if they changed ownership or grew too much & losing control over many below par assistants?i am convinced they have not set foot into the condo we rented in Rockport, on the bay. We know the cleaning crew did, it was clean. But none of the electronics worked. We requested sharing wifi code to no avail. "wifi not listed in our ad - well what do you call your indeed listed "wireless internet"?Neither of the Directv's was alive!Take a look at the furniture!The toilet bowl's nuts were missing & did not keep it safely in place. Geez! They did refund 1 night's stay, but kept the tax - "we do not refund tax" - WTH...Never again booking with "Miss Kitty's Messy Get Away"! Beware!

Upon check in to "Casa Del Sol" located at 91 Copano Ridge Rd on Fourth of July we unfortunately were greeted with a thermostat reading 89 degrees. After contacting the management group via Air BNB James (who was the only helpful person from Miss Kitty's) from the maintenance department brought 4 small window units to the 5 bedroom 2,216 square foot home where 10 family members planned to spend our holiday weekend. We agreed to "tough it out" overnight as they promised us an HVAC technician would be there "first thing in the morning". We agreed to this unfortunate circumstance hoping that they would have someone there first thing in the morning as they promised but unfortunately the disappointed continued. We woke up to not only a very hot house but also to a warm refrigerator full of over $600 worth of groceries. We contacted Miss Kitty's again in hopes to remedy the AC and now the refrigerator issues quickly. Unfortunately for us the HVAC technician did not arrive until after 12-noon and discovered that he would need to find a part to fix the AC. In the meantime we went about our day in hopes that they would be able to quickly remedy the situation and update us on the timeline but that was not the case. They did deliver a small mini fridge and we were able to to get some of our groceries in there but they failed to bring us ice that they told us they would bring as well. After little to no communication from Miss Kitty's throughout the day we made the decision to visit their office after 25 hours without AC and bunch of spoiled groceries. After arriving and asking to speak to the general manager Amber, we requested in writing a full refund of our stay as well as a refund for our spoiled groceries. She promised to outline the details of our conversation in an email and that she would have it to me in 10min. After returning to my car and waiting for 30min, we did not receive an email. After over 30min I returned to the office and asked to speak with Amber again and she had me come into her office and apologized for not being able get that email to me quickly. During this second conversation with Amber she had her "guest service agent" on speaker phone discussing how they planned to cover our groceries as Amber had over promised being able to pay for our groceries and needed permission to do so even though she had promised us that. During this conversation with Amber and her "guest service agent" I guess the "guest service agent" did not realize she was on speaker as she asked Amber if I "can go step the f**k out of the office" before asking us to now "evacuate by 8 o'clock tonight" at 6pm. Fortunately the AC was up and running around 7:30pm but we had already been asked to "evacuate by 8 o'clock tonight". Unfortunately the AC and refrigerator going out was not anyone's fault and we're refunded for our full stay, but the way Miss Kitty's handled this situation was absolutely appalling. As a frequent Air BNB user, I have never had an experience quite like this one. As a homeowner I would be absolutely embarrassed and perturbed if I had my rental property managed by Miss Kitty's after this experience. I hope that experience helps Miss Kitty's turn their operations around, but after dealing with the pettiness and attitudes of both Amber and the "guest service agent" I cannot imagine anything would change if this is the expectation of leadership. Downright disappointing. On the flip side the Fairfield Inn was happy to take us and our money!
