Such an awesome place. Sold me a universal part that was not quite a fit, but worked to modify the part. I had my washer up and washing that evening instead of waiting for a special order part.!!

Many in this area are renters and temp workers in the oil & gas industry. You may feel going to a local appliance store is simple amd easy, just the opposite in this store and service company. Our oven broke and the landowner called Miller Appliance to service the unit he purchased from them. From my understanding the landlord has traded with the company for years. I was asked to call amd set an appointment and this is where the confusion startes. Since I don't have a local phone number I was queationed as to if I ever lived in Victoria. After 2 calls I was able to set an appointment and unfortunately had to cancel, which is where the problems continued. I called on a Monday to cancel a Wednesday appointment then to be called Wednesday morning to be asked where I was. Upon returning to town I called to reschedule to be told they did not set appointments and repeatedly told they couldn't come out that day, which I kept trying to explain I just needed to set a time so I would be available to let them in, i did not expect it to be that day. After about 4 phone calls being questioned if I was in Victoria and if the landlord had approved, I thought we had set an appointment for Wednesday between 9 & noon just to be called to be asked again if I was in Port Lavaca. Explaining again I was in Victoria I was told they could come right now. Great. Then I received another call 5 minutes later to be told I was a "horse's ass" & since I was not paying the bill they would not fix the stove or deal with me. I asked them to take it up with the landlord and hung up. Miller Appliance is small and appears to have little to no communication between employees. I also suggest working directly with the landlord to avoid more confusion.
