A great little (big) family owned diner that is surely loved by all the locals! I didn't have anything to eat since they don't serve breakfast til 8, but they are l busy pouring coffee and serving pastries for the school/work crowd and supporting the local teachers during Teacher's Appreciation Week with free coffee. It seems like everyone knows everyone, as a small town should be and it's a great friendly, welcoming environment. I'm glad to have found this gem

Mikes on Main was a great find in Palacios! The sandwich Turkey Pesto Bagel Sandwich was so delicious especially with the flavored cream cheese. There was a variety of options for sides but I chose Fries which did not disappoint. Also, the spicy chai tea was amazing! Don't miss out on this cozy cafe! Great service and food!

First time here and I had a mocha (iced) and the hamburger and fries. The burger was delicious!! A little more than other burgers around but it hit the spot. Definitely going back as often as I can afford it! They also have ice cream and all kinds of coffee, chai tea, and the atmosphere is comfortable and clean. Can't believe I had never been there in the lastsix years living here ! So happy we found it! I have been here a few times now and I have loved everything I've ever had. The hamburgers and fries are the best!! And I love that the owners are there and they make sure we are all happy and comfortable. I love the atmosphere!! Wish I could eat her everyday!!

For a solid breakfast sandwich, definitely go to Mike's! We love Christian establishments- service with a smile is guaranteed. Very tasty sausage and cheese egg-sandwich. Hash-browns are soft, crispy and a sizable portion. Atmosphere is delightfully adorned in an aquatic theme; coupled with pleasant background music. Hostess is always polite and attentive. Place is clean, friendly, trendy and convenient! Truly the Welcoming of Palacios, Texas.

Great environment, awesome service, best tasting food in town. These people are filled with faith and fellowship.

Good food with decent prices. Slightly unpredictable open hours, but its a small town and that's kinda normal for this place. Good coffee. If you are known to the locals you get better service from my multiple visits and observations.
