Oh my! Wow! This is such a wonderful gem. We got sausages, pork ribs, whole chicken, filet mignon, and many other meats here! The food they make inside is so fresh and delicious. The staff was welcoming and kind. We can't wait to go back.

The BEST cheeseburger you can find anywhere in the world, hands down. Fresh meat, fresh veggies, perfectly seasoned. It's just flat out the best burger combo available, and it's not even close. The guys in the deli and the lady at the store counter are always polite and remember the regulars. I love spending my money at a place like this. My kids love coming for lunch as well because they can look at the mounted animals and old photos!

This is the second meat processor in the greater Houston area I have tried, and this is by far my favorite one! The venison sausages are amazing. Just so juicy, flavorful, and fresh. While waiting for the order to be fulfilled, they graciously offered two complimentary sausages and two glassware. Now I'm on a mission to find a nearby brewery... With 4 hind quarters and 2 shoulders dropped off, a total of 20lbs of sausage, roughly 15lbs of ground meat, and 12 steaks were picked up. Can't wait to return after more hunting trips!

Midway Food Market has the very best sausage I've had anywhere. It's is the perfect blend of beef, pork, fat, spices, jalapeño seeds, (there might be venison in it as well, I don't know for sure but it's outstanding). It is slightly dry with the right amount of heat. Casing is thin and seared with a nice snap to it. Their bbq sauce is ok. Order a sausage sandwich with pickles, onions, jalapeños, and sauce on a bun and it's the best of all time.Their brisket is perfection.Also to note, I've had venison, elk, and bison sausages processed here and they are far better than any other wild game processor I know of. They do their sausage making and smoking in the slow and low pit in the Czech and German tradition that you would see in the fabled hill country south of Austin.Also, the smoked turkey breast was excellent. Buttermilk pie and pecan pies were ok. Nothing to write home about. Next time I will try the blueberry streusel bread.If you're a hunter, this is the best place to get your game processed. Everything I've ever had from here came out perfect whether it's white tail, axis deer, pig, elk, bison.... They are on a master level in that regard.Lots of good stuff here to buy. It's also serves as a general store.They do need to work on the beer cooler. It used to be great. Last couple of times I visited, it was a piss-poor selection.The burgers they were grilling up looked and smelled amazing. I need to try one next, but I'm addicted to their sausage sandwich. Stop in abs get something. You will love it.

Midway Food Market is my go to placeFor fresh cuts of beef, home style sausages and the spices/seasoning you need to make a great grilled dinner. The grocery is small so you're not going to get the same choices as an H-E-B or. Kroger, but what they have is better in quality and tastes. I have come to find that most of the meats I get at the big grocery stores are prone to be flavorless stuff. Not so at Midway. Try their fresh cut Porterhouse on your grill. You can't go wrong

Great place! I have only tried the food from the deli here! They have by far some of the best burgers I've ever had. They are really big and filling. They are absolutely delicious. Make sure to order them "all the way" you won't regret it! Oh and don't forget to tip the cooks, they do a great job!

Popped in to Midway for the first time today because I heard really great things about their burger. It's good, but nothing more than that. A little on the dry side, the beef patty is thick and generously topped - pickles and cheese only for me! I wanted to let the meat sing and it didn't perform more than a whisper. This burger could have used some more seasoning and a better sear. Other than that, it's a solid burger to enjoy after perusing their store, which has a lot to offer and is definitely worth a visit. If I ever need supplies for a cookout and I don't feel like going all the way into HEB, maybe I'll swing by. But getting a burger again? Nah.

Had lunch here while we checked out the store. Barely average, won't be coming back to eat.

My family loves midway burgers and fries and staff is always friendly with speedy service. We also get our deer processed here and have never had an issue.
