What a life saver. Needed some coco Chanel.. Amazon $195 Ulta $135 and also closed so that was no help. Michel's Perfume shop $130 and in stock. The store was very clean and well stocked. I was impressed

Don't buy perfume or cologne from here. They over charge big time! I spent $140 dollars on a cologne that is $35 on Amazon. Learning lesson for me, I should have looked it up before purchasing. Never again.

Disappointed..bought a perfume for $154.00 which had no scent..Bad Customer Satisfaction.. it had no fragrance. Walked to Dillards perfumery..They smelled it and said, "No scent." This was confirmation..Also, the woman manager yelled at me..My suggestion is that you keep your customer satisfied and your ratings and sales will go up..That manager woman needs to learn management skills and courtesy..The owner seems like a nice guy. I know he believes in his business..Customer satisfaction is very important.I walked away dissatisfied with a bad perfume which cost $154... Michel Perfumery strive to keep a good name!

perfumes are so fake , hear they are from fragrancenet . they overpriced its ridiculous. I would recommed dillard's & Macy's pricey, but you get the real thing.

Be warned: Multiple colognes by Afnan, Lataffa, and Bharara can be purchased on amazon from $30-$60. The exact same colognes are sold for $130-$200 here. Ridiculously inflated prices.

Do not get connived into making a purchase here. I went to the mall in hopes of buying myself a nice perfume. I don't know much about perfumes since I never spend very much on perfumes, however this time I wanted something nice. I had heard that Valentino was a great scent. I went to Macy's & Dillard's in hopes of buying it, however due to high demand they were out of stock. On the way out of Dillards I saw Michel Perfume Shoppe, considering it is in the mall, I had no concerns. I was inside briefly when approached by a young lady. I let her know I was looking for a nice, age appropriate perfume. She seemed eager to help me find something. After several minutes she pointed out a perfume and gave elaborate description of its origin and quality due to it being oil based. I asked her how much it was and she stated $90. I trusted that a place of business located in the mall would be right and just. As I handed her a $100 bill she commented "you can leave a tip if you'd like". I found that peculiar and my stomach dropped as she handed me the receipt. The receipt read "no refunds no exceptions". Something just didn't feel right, but I brushed off the nagging feeling and just left with my purchase. As I was halfway down the mall I just had an urge to look up the perfume on the internet to see the quality and price at other places. I felt like I was kicked in the stomach as I saw that it was priced at $22.00-$30.00 on all store platforms. I then looked up Michels Perfume Shoppe reviews and saw many others have been scammed as well. I understand people buy and markup up for profit but to markup 300%- 400% is beyond unacceptable. That's disgusting and so unfair. This should not be allowed. I would like to spread awareness so others don't fall victims to these scams. I have even considered contacting the Better Business Bureau. I can't stand the fact that this happens to people and nothing is done about it. Please be careful.

Bought a cologne for $80 in the store. Left and Google the same cologne to show my mother, and it was being sold for $35 at Walmart. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to be charged over double for shitty products.

Employees are extremely pushy even after I obviously didn't like any of the products they let me test. They don't give you what you ask for and do everything in their power to make a sale. I could tell some were knockoffs by looking at the packaging. The only reason I purchased anything was because I wanted to leave and they basically would not let me out unless I did. Was not aware there was no refunds until after my transaction went through. Go to Dillard's instead of waisting your time here. UPDATE: cologne I bought is $15 online and payed $45 in store. total rip off.

Not a good place to work or shop. . She recently told an employee her hours and then when the employee got to work she said that she told the employee that she was supposed to come in the day before. Then the store manager proceeded to tell the employee to not come back unless she was called in. Total horse crap!!! This is also after doing 5+ hours of "NON PAID" training. Which is also horse crap!!! You ALWAYS get paid for your training with a company. Also, they sell knock-offs so don't buy from there unless you are very sure that it's the real deal. I would rather go to Ulta for my perfumes because I know I'm going to get the real stuff and not at an insanely marked up price.

I purchased a bottle of perfume from this store that is fake (knock off) or bad and this store will not replace it or give me my money back. I have contacted that perfume co, I am sure they would not want to have bad products out there with their name on it.
