Mi Casita

I saw a long line this morning at the drive through window so I figured it must be good if so many people were willing to wait. I went inside to pickup up two breakfast tacos. Paid $5 for two huge tacos. Service was fast and friendly. Tortillas were soft and fresh and they were filled to the max. Both the green and the red salas were delicious. Inside has the decor and feel of eating at your Mexican grandmas house. Prices are lower than some of the other Mexican restaurants around town. Glad I stopped in, I can't wait to try more dishes.Edit: Menudo is good but my large to go to go was mostly broth. Maybe you get more inside.

Incredible and authentic Mexican food. When you enter and most don't speak English you know it's going to be authentic. The portions were huge. The flour tortillas are huge and home made. I got a breakfast taco "plate" that was beyond filling for currently $7. Incredible and highly recommend to visit.

We have a new kid in town, and its name is Mi Casita. Formerly San Jose, this place carries forward the top-notch taqueria precedence of its predecessor. They just opened, so time will tell how they fare, but so far so good, IMO. Right across from my favorite gym, I will be coming back for sure. Looking forward to trying some good taqueria brunch here!

The tacos were delicious! The homemade flour tortillas were the best I tried in Corpus Christi !

Food was amazing! Came in for a quick breakfast and we got more than we could've expected. Clean facility, quick service and delicious food! 100% recommend. Beats any central Tx Mexican restaurants.

Good Mexican food at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, the facility needs to be updated, but beside that it's a good place to eat.
