McDonald's

Just unbelievably slow. Always no matter what time or month or day or year, unbelievably slow. Have to do better or just leave town. Excuse is our lobby is backed up. BS.

My first meal of 2024 was from this McDonald's and frankly it wasn't too bad. I haven't had McDonald's in years because I am not a huge fan of fast food, so I don't really have a point of reference between good or bad McDonald's. However, it was new year's day and everything was closed except Whataburger and McDonald's. The line at the other fast food place was absolutely insane and it was not moving, so we decided to give this one a chance. We were the first ones in line and were able to get our food in just 5 minutes. They even gave us a little cup with whipped cream for my dog which I thought it was pretty nice of them. Overall the food was decent...not award winning, but it hit the spot. I would definitely come back to this McDonald's for a quick bite after visiting Rockport beach.

Wife ordered curbside and waited 45 minutes until she went inside. Apparently, they gave away the order and said it never came through. Wife showed proof of order from app and it took 15 minutes to remake it. Not one single person apologized for the wait or mix up and this was the manager.

Food cold after 30 min wait in line, burger overloaded with ketchup and mustard, ask for ketchup for fries and none giving, back door dirty and boxes all over yard. Pretty Pathetic

Couldn't even get service to say if it was good or bad. Sign says open and the lights were on but nobodies home!

Every time order chicken nuggets they are raw. The ice cream machine is never working. The service is absolutely awful. The staff doesn't even know what's in the menu or the pricing of the menu. The management is completely unprofessional and rude. They close even before the hours say the my do. I'd rather waste my gas and drive to AP and get my food there. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I was hungry and went to go get some McDonald's when i got in there there were a big gang in there there was no room for me to sit. I ordered my food and the waitress said they don't have any more chicken nuggets so i said ok and asked for fries they said they don't have any more fries. I went to the bathroom waiting for my food and sall 4 men partying in the bathroom so i went out they said my food was done and when i looked what was inside there was a hole bag of chicken nuggets so i went out and ate my chicken nuggets whit no sauce.

I got a micheken and my tummy was upsetty spagetti so i went the potty place and saw that there was a hole in the stall wall, there was a sign that said hot milf on other side, so i put my special leg in the hole and some sticky stuff came out into something, i looked over the stall and say a mom wipe stuff from a dudes mouth, i guess i finished in both my mcchicken and a boy.

Worst customer service ever. Went one night and the lady was giving a nasty disrespectful attitude getting the whole order wrong. the next morning they got my entire order wrong lady at the second window was rolling her eyes raising her voice talking to me like i was 6 years old. i called after and the manager was kind enough to help me out and offered to fix my meal the next day. i'm not going to shame the restaurant because there is nothing wrong with it except for these disrespectful workers who are being hired

Food was great and even though I ordered a lot of meals I didn't have to wait for it very long maybe two minutes. They were also very friendly
