McDonald's

Just got my $5 bag for supper. McDouble was awesome. Nuggets were fresh. Fries were still warm (to go order) when I got home. All in all a great experience, which I expect from a restaurant that has been open for decades. But alas, we all know all McDonald's are not "built" the same. It all depends on a great crew. And you've got one in Portland, Texas. Thank you.

The service here is horrible. HORRIBLE!!!! I've been sitting here at the drive through waiting for them to take my order and it's been 8 minutes, they have skipped me twice and then they take forever to get the food ready. I suggest you order online if you have to eat here.

The service was horrible ordered my food at 7:01 and got it at 8:05, Everybody who ordered after us got their food first it's ridiculous the night shift crew IS THE worst i have ever dealt with in my entire life, Won't be going over there for awhile!‍

Came to visit my hometown for the day. Decided to stop by as my son requested. I ordered ahead of time on the app. Once I got there, there was about 5 cars in line. I waited about 30 minutes only to get to the window and they didn't know my order. It was finally received and I went to open it only 5 minutes down the road to notice everything was disgusting. Burger was cold, nuggets cold and could tell had been sitting and fries were the worst. They were covered in grease crumbs, cold, and couldn't even eat them. I also ordered an ice cream sundae which was soup as they handed it to me. I never complain as I own a restaurant myself but this order was a huge NO.

Not sure about all the negative posts here, but we ate lunch there today and had an excellent experience, especially since our hometown McDs in Aransas Pass totally SUCKS!! Portland was clean, fast and friendly. The food was hot and perfect. The ketchup dispenser even worked, never in AP. They delivered food to our table promptly with a smile and asked later how our food was, again never in AP! Thanks!!

Doent go to eated here. I went into the pleace and they wasnt nobody at the fromt so i waiteded for 2 hourz and nobody caem so i left

What's the point of being open and taking my order in the drive thru just so the could stare at me and ignore me and continue cleaning, a simple "we're closed" would've been better instead of having me sit there like an idiot. I left and won't be going back and judging by the rest of the reviews I hope they either get rid of the lazy nightshift they have or they'll continue losing more customers. Gave one star just because it wouldn't let me post without it if not I would've gave zero or even negative stars if I could.

Waited 30 mins to get our food and they said they only had 3 employees now i see why theres' only 3 employees i wouldnt' work there.

Wed. April 3 2024 8:25am went thru the drive thru and gave my order to the young lady. However before I could review my order she cut me off audibly and went to another customer. I could tell by the price on the screen she didn't get my order correct. At this point I need to point out the girl was talking 90 miles an hour and for this old Texan (76) I didn't understand a word she said. Now it's good she probably has her corporate the speak but at the expense of enunciation. Oh, and while I'm here, the menu board has been broken for a month or more on the outside lane drive thru. Anyway I get to the pay window and tried to explain my order was apparently wrong. She's still talking faster than anyone can understand, so I said MA'AM, MA'AM your still getting my order wrong. Slow down! At this point she tells me I'm yelling at her (I can't yell, my voice is too deep, however it does come from my diaphragm as a projected voice too many years in construction.) Anyway she gets mad at me and runs to her boss. The manager, I assume, got me taken care of and I went to the next window. No problem.What I would like to see from this, is, the employees slowing their speech down so someone can comprehend what they say. The management needs to go thru their own drive thru to hear what we hear. Someone that doesn't know their corporate monologue so they don't know the words the employees are supposed to say. And just a personal note, find someone with a baritone voice that two octaves above C is hard to understand. Thank You.

went to mcdonald's in portland, tx. i ordered a mccrispy meal with no pickle and 10 pc mcnuggets. the mccrispy didn't say plain and dry all it had was no pickle. the fries and mcnuggets were old and hard. its worth the drive to mcdonalds in aransas pass, tx. the food there is awsome and they know how to read.
