McDonald's

I placed an order on the mobile app and waited almost an hour for a pie, two McGriddles, a sausage biscuit, and 3 drinks I wasn't in a rush so that wasn't a wait that was the problem necessarily.... First someone came out to say they didn't have pies ready and asked if I wanted to wait 4 minutes for it. Then they bring out the rest of the food 10 minutes later but still no pie. The whole car ate all of their food before I finally went back inside to get the pie and they handed it to me. I get to the car and we leave. As soon as we stop to get gas I opened the pie and it looked like this What was the point of me waiting all that time for???

McDonald's is always delicious. We always get one of the boxes that include like nuggets, hot and spicy's and McDoubles, also fries it's onlyLike $17 for a ton of food

Went in to get a quick bite. Waited in line. Once it was my turn, the employee that had just started his break was being served before me, even though I was next in line.Thank you for showing your service is as good as your food.

The people are nice here, but they're outnumbered by flies 10 to 1! I mean swarms of flies that relentlessly circle around you and landing on your food. Flies that probably just came off of a fresh dog turd where the truck drivers walk their dogs.

10 failed attempts to get a Chocolate milkshake. It is summer after all, and it is on the menu.A different excuse every time. Out of milkshakes, but we have ice cream. Milkshake machine is broken. It's late and we already washed the machine.Remove it from your menu- I'm tired of attempting to give you business. Or put on the menu- no milkshakes after 6pm because we don't want our employees to wash the machine a second time.PS: Whataburger has given me a milkshake every time YOU didn't.

I ordered 2 kids meals and some other food. Once I got back to our hotel, when we went to eat our food, one of the chicken nugget boxes was just filled with pickles. only one of the meals had chicken nuggets. How do you not check the food before you send it out? Especially when I was the only one in the drive thru at the time.

They had amazing , fresh and perfect food , also very great customer service , haven't got the mobile app yet although they did ask, along with the food coming out fresh and fast ! Would definitely recommend coming again !

We were lucky to get two 10 piece nugget meals. It was okay for a McDonald's. They had nothing. No kids meals, no deals from their menu board (did you you'd need a coupon for a deal on the corporate sponsored board?!), no pies, and they took forever on the fries because they were almost out.

Terrible Business Even though I'm a dasher still made me wait in line for over 30 min I would prefer the other mcdonald's over this one

Going thru the drive-thru at 6pm and the number of cars in front of me were 4 cars and yet it took 25 minutes before I was even able to place an order! This is RIDICULOUS!
