McDonald's

For the first time, they screwed up my curbside order a couple of weeks ago, and then took the appropriate steps to make things right. I called and the manager said I could come back for a corrected order, or he could put me on their list for a comp on a future visit, I chose the latter. When I went in and spoke with a different manager she made sure this order was entered at the counter correctly with the comped item from the last visit. I also got confirmation that quarter pounders are the only burgers always made fresh and it shows, they are much better than the steam binned burgers. Curbside ordered in the app is still by far the best way to go here.

After seeing on here that this location only had 2 stars, our expectations weren't very high. However, we had a good experience! The only reason I took one star away was that the guy taking orders was hard to understand. It was like he was sleep talking, don't think he was awake yet LOL. He was friendly enough though, just mumbling. Also, we asked for mild sauce and they gave us hot. Not a deal breaker but I would've liked to have mild sauce with my sausage burrito. The bacon McGriddle was perfect! And the sweet tea wasn't overly sweet like most McDonald locations. Overall, great experience!

First visit here since they gutted the place and rebuilt. Very efficient drive through window service for breakfast. I had tried going to the Rodd Field location and the line was backed up around the building. I noticed a couple of neighbors in line when I pulled around and headed out for the Flour Bluff store. By the time I got my food at the FB McD, I headed back on the freeway and passed the previous one on Rodd Field. My neighbors were still in line between the windows. True story.Compared to the Rodd Field location this place is a MODEL of efficiency. And the big breakfasts were great.

I'm a father and I don't care if you mess up on my food but I believe I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and if I remember it comes with a milk but whatever..it's just so small but it happens again and again..other than that no complaints

I'm giving this McDonald's review a 1 my mom and I where waiting in four coffees while we where waiting for a good 15-20 minutes we went to ask if they where ready the lady had told us that they had o it started the regular coffee meaning we will have to wait for the de cafe pot to get ready about another 5-10 minutes really dumb of them to not start a decade pot.

Every single time I have come they make us pull over to the side and wait about 15-20 mins. Even when it's something simple like 2 small cheeseburgers and fries. I mobile order and i still have to wait on the side when on the drive through. If you are in a hurry don't come here. The food isn't bad, it's just the waiting. They never have anything ready, especially for being fast food.

90% of the time, they serve lukewarm coffee (that's supposed to be hot). I love McDonald's coffee, but they are a hard pass due to unpleasant coffee.

Longest wait time. I only ordered a cookie and it took 15 minutes. Stuck me at the third window and forgot about me.

Would give 0/5 if I could. Food is almost never hot, never tastes fresh. I have now had food poisoning after eating at this specific location, twice. Will not be going back here, or any other location.

Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes nobody answered when I drove up to the window employees looked at me and ignored me Google says they close at midnight I was there at 10:30 worst employees if they were closed they should've put up a sign there was a line of cars in both lanes smh don't come here
