McDonald's

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in the entire chain. They are constantly out of everything, large drink cups, coffee lids, scrambled eggs, the app doesn't work at this location, etc. etc. etc. But what they are most famous for is getting orders wrong. Not will it be wrong, but how wrong will it be? Missing food, extra food, completely wrong order ( I am guessing someone else received my order) undercooked, overcooked, you get the picture. I truly feel sorry for the employees who work here. The one thing I do notice is there is massive turnover, it's never the same people. I would imagine they get tired of having to tell people what they're out of, and why their order that they placed on their app is not going to be able to be filled because either their system is down or they don't have the items that you ordered. it Hass to be very frustrating.

Who ever runs this place needs to be fired. In the last 6 months this place has went down hill fast. I used to love this mcdonalds but lately I go to the drive thru and I swear I've been left on the inside lane as others on the outside lane order fine, but today was even better they told us they had a 30 min wait and left 4 of us just sitting here. I almost thought I was at nikos not mcdonalds

Great place to eat a family meal. Great coffee made to order. Ashley is the best manager. When she there the restaurant clean and the food order is right. Nice to sit and eat in a clean restaurant. Back at this same locate it has become a very dirty place. Roaches on the floor and fountain drink machine. Roach are happy making this place home.

They need to improve the lazy workers they close at 8:40 pm instead that at 11 pm they don't know how to work at all. They need to get Mexican workers we know how to get the job done.

I just left here and I waited at the window for 10 minutes to get my drinks then another 10 to get my food and they forgot 2 of the 10 piece nuggets too bad I didn't realize until I got home

No dices no fries for breakfast . They are no good for breakfast fries. None of the mc Donald's even the one on Weber n staples. They have students that need my skills.. I am upset they take my code then they say o it's not 11 am yet sorry . Fool learn your job..

Horrible costumer service. I placed a mobile order only the get yelled at by an employee that they were closed. Google maps does not reflect store hours, and the mobile app allows you to order while they are closed. I have had to cancel multiple orders because of this most of which I redeemed rewards that I no longer have access to for over a week.

Don't go here place is just horrible never coming to this location ever again. The 3745 S Staples St McDonald's is the best. They will drop fries during breakfast the one on airline won't. Service is ass

If I could give this place a zero star I would. This restaurant has to have the worst custom service I've ever seen. I ordered food off the McDonald's app before getting to the drive thru because that's how I was gonna pick it up, but for some reason the 2nd lane wasn't taking orders, which I didn't take into consideration until 5 other cars in the first lane got their orders taken. I decided to just drive up to the window and tell them that I've already placed an order and paid for it and couldn't voice my order code cause no one was talking to me in the 2nd drive thru lane. They looked at my like I was the retarded one and said the 2nd lane isn't working. Bruh... all I wanted was my food that I even used my McDonald's app points to pay for but noooooo. That dumb women gave me 3 double cheese burgers that obviously someone ordered from inside the damn restaurant.

horrible service, slow. nobody in line and they still always make you pull up and wait.
