McAlister's Deli

This is the second time we have ordered from this location. We use Door Dash and both times our food was perfectly made and delivered faster than we expected. My husband is in LOVE with the new Jalapeno Turkey Crunch. The bread is toasted and delicious. The bacon is crispy with fresh avacado. The meats and veggies complement the sandwich so well and the crunch of the jalapeno chips really sets it off. I always get the Italian with the Spud Max. Both are always delicious! This has become a once a week occurrence for us. Thank you for your fantastic food and service!

Had a great lunch today, treated myself to their limit offering ranch & bacon potato. Once the ranch melts into the potato it's a blend of unexpected goodness. After the manager recommended it, he came and checked on us, then sat and chatted for a while, updating us on their specials and promos. I love that familiarity!

I ordered the Memphian. Unfortunately I forgot to tell them I wanted it cold. It was so gross. They heated it and it was just a glob of congealed cheese and meat and very wet, soggy, bread. I ate two bites of the soggy, wet sandwich and tossed it. It was that bad, and over $17 just for the 12" sandwich. The spud was also dried out. There was only a couple of bites on the potato that weren't dry like the desert! They changed the carrot cake. It's no longer the one with light, whipped frosting. They replaced it with a heavy cream cheese filling that is way too sweet. Time to take a year off from McCalisters.

Great lunch here today great sandwiches and soup. Manager Tony visited with us, what a nice guy! We will be back!

We love McAlister's and would have given you 5 stars, if not for the price. I got a half of a Turkey sandwich and half order of soup. It was very good. My husband got an Italian sub and he enjoyed that, but even without drinks it was expensive. Service was good. We took it to go because it was late, so no comment on the ambiance.

Great healthy options and very good customer service. The guy taking my order offered suggestions and he kept coming around and checking on me, he offered to get me more water. Very clean restaurant and I would definitely come back to this location again.

Horrible service. Ordered online and sat in drive through for 20 minutes when I arrived to pick up order. They need some adults working at this restaurant.
