Marshalls

The Marshalls store in Corpus has really gone downhill. The inside of the store is an eyesore and looks more and more like a Ross. I don't even bother shopping here anymore now that there's the Kingsville store.

So disappointed at this Marshall's :( everything is in disarray. The selections are not very good. And the staff members are not too friendly. The ladies that are putting up items from their carts think you are just in their way and are very rude. Came here 10/10/18 around 11:30am

This place has been here for a long time but still looks new.The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.The store was packed with lots of clothes as I am sure the department stores are salvaging out their stock of clothes due to the pandemic.No cluttered shelves or clothes on the floor, very organized.

Love Marshall's always has everything we need! Always great prices as well compared to retail stores

I come to Marshall's very often, it's always very clean with a team who is helpful and polite. I've found many things for my house, toys for the fur babies and many cute clothing items. The prices are very affordable. It's a great business.

3/4 of my wardrobe comes from this store. I've been to numerous Marshall's in other cities and this is by far the best one. Always clean and picked up, the dressing rooms are always clean and never have clothes left behind in the stalls. The checkout line can sometimes get long but usually there is enough registers open that it moves fairly quickly. My only complaint which is really minor and more of an annoyance, is the layout of the store changes quite often. The shirt racks go from really long ones to short ones. Or the lingerie moves from the end of the store to the middle etc...but like I said just an annoyance on my part.

First it's always warm in there. They really need to do something about the A/C. Second, there have been two instances of Employees taking my cart from near the Restroom area. The first they profusely apologized and gave me back my product back. The second time I didn't even bother. Walked straight out. It's not really rocket science, folk. Now, if you've seen a cart that's been abandoned for longer that 15 minutes I would understand but I was indisposed for about five minutes. Please hire some new workers with more common sense!

This Marshall's is pretty clean and well organized. I liked back in the day when the clothes were organized by color, at this Marshall's they still do this and its a lot easier to shop. Not a huge inventory but enough to find a few items. Dressing rooms clean and well lit.

The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. The manager was extra kind and accommodating as I was exchanging a purse. Best Marshall's experience I've ever had.

I just went to this Marshall's locations yesterday to return a pair of pants that I purchased that did not fit. I lost the receipt so if I could not return them I completely would understand, I went up to the lady and she said that It could be done but I would only get store credit which is fine. As she begins to work on It on the computer shorty after she gives me the dirtiest look and THROWS the pants at me and starts pretty much telling me Im stupid for thinking I can return them and starts to imply that I stole them and am trying to return them for store credit, which is completely untrue and offensive. I do realize theft is a big problem but to just assume that is completely wrong on Marshall's end. I felt so uncomfortable in the store after that and WILL NOT ever shop there again, I am still so shook over this situation.
