La segunda y la última vez que regreso a este lugar. El servicio de la chica que contestó el teléfono esta noche fue muy grosera y unos modales feos. En primero el horario de este lugar en línea dice a las 8pm pero cuando hable me dijieron a las 7pm yo no se porque toman órdenes antes de cerrar si van a tener unos modales muy feos para atender al cliente. Al llegar al lugar recoji mi orden y antes de irme le comenté a la chica si ella era la que contestó el teléfono y me dijo que si solo le dije a la próxima se un poquito más amable con los clientes y me dijo en que manera fue grosera le deje saber que le hice una pregunta sobre un platillo y me contestaba y luego me cortaba como si andaba a la carrera luego enfrente del manejante la muy valiente me dice si soy mujer que diga la verdad allí fue una falta de respeto a mi como cliente y el manejante de no dijo nada ninguno se disculpo ya después que había pagado por mi comida y unas palabritas en cambio me fui al llegar a casa ni note la orden pero fue como no le dieron importancia a mi orden lo hicieron todo a la carrera me dio más coraje al ver que mi orden era un mugrero como pueden ver. Page cerca de 65 dólares por esto! Yo no soy de Brownsville y gracias a Dios que no vuelvo a frecuentar lugares tan groseros como este. Huachinango al mojo de ajo (red snapper), lettuce/tomato on the side, potatoes, magnificent guacamole, crispy chips! Service was excellent. All around elegant dining experience. Great for showing visitors a great time-they make customers feel regal. The environment is conducive to a luxurious relaxing time!

This is very authentic Mexican restaurant in Brownsville Texas has a couple of standup items I can recommend. The fish Florentine style was amazing. My friends who had been there before knew to order it and I tasted theirs - The creamy white sauce with pieces of spinach and red bell pepper is poured over the fish on a bed of rice. Delicious! The shrimp cocktail was also excellent. The menus are completely in Spanish and one person spoke a tiny bit of English so communicating was challenging at best. I ordered the garlic butter grilled shrimp. I got a plate with a fish fillet,french fries , rice and four sautéed shrimp. Communicating that I had gotten the wrong order was challenging and it sat in front of me for about 10 minutes. Someone else finally returned, took the plate and brought me another plate with about 10 shrimp sautéed in butter. Not what I ordered but I wasn't going to even try to get it corrected. The shrimp were not warm, they were not grilled and there was no garlic. It was served with rice and french fries. The french fries were actually cold. They need more staff as our server was expected to take orders, serve food and bus tables. She simply didn't have time to follow up. Would recommend for Spanish speaking people only.

Service was less than just good enough. We didn't get our drinks until they brought our order. However, my friend ordered an item to go and she got that before we were served (too weird). We ordered a soft drink and they brought a can drink, no glass and no ice - a hot soda. We were then hit with an expensive tab, price on menu is not what they charge. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning.

Good fresh seafoodIt is apparently an old restaurant but is well maintained, food was good and fresh.Definitly recommend it.

The food and service were outstanding. We had camarones endiablados and coconut shrimp. Loved their broth that goes with the meal. We definitely will be back again.

Excellent seafood at a reasonable price. It beats driving to South Padre Island and wasting time and gas just to go eat seafood. I would highly recommend it.

I expected more from this name. Firs of all seafood (fish) did not taste fresh. Second I order RedSnapper Ranchero.. and they gave me White Cod fillet, the type they sell at the grocery store (frozen). When I called them out on it , the waitress knew immediately they got caught. What a shame. Two thumbs down!
