Mariscos El 7 Mares

Went to this place in Mission next to Pho le lay and it was delicious and again a couple of days to this location. I ordered the huge platter this time for myself and one for my mother. Fish was very tender and good as well as everything on the platter. Ceviche was perfect too, flavorful. Very nice staff and loved the place and will sure come back again . Ambience was quiet and nice. Thank you for the great and awesome service.

A good little lunch place with plenty of variety. Our service was fast and the restaurant clean with plenty of options to choose from on the menu.

The place was pretty empty (12.29.2024) but the food was surprisingly good. We had the seafood molcajete. Excellent. But the best part, believe it or not, were the beans! Would definitely come back.

This place is a hidden treasure. It's small and in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. This is an authentic seafood place. The shrimp are HUGE and delicious, and the salsitas they serve are divine. I recommend the habanero salsa. It's spicy and tasty. The service is as great as the food. Everyone makes you feel at home. Do yourself a favor and come to this place. If you're in the mood for seafood. You won't regret it.

This place never disappoints. Everything I've had here is delicioso! The marisco soup has plenty of mariscos and the taste of the broth can't be beat! The camarones empanizados are huge and taste like shrimp. The batter is light and not greasy. This time my mom ordered shrimp a la diabla and they were served on a comalito. The sauce was tasty and not spicy. The salsitas they serve pack a great flavor punch and the limonada with cucumber is a must have on a hot day. Very refreshing. If you like mariscos, you have to try this place!

Very neat spot for being so hidden. Plenty of food for many to eat, great service and wonderful artwork all over the walls and inside the bathroom as well. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to come here

I used my $50 Thrive card to support local businesses. I got 3 fish and shrimp dinners, and still had to spend additional money. I know things are more expensive now, but this seemed like alot for what I actually got. The fish was really greasy, and the shrimp was over cooked. There was supposed to have French fries, I guess they forgot. I wish I had used my Thrive card somewhere else.

So this food was good. The food accuracy was not the best. I asked the lady to give me extra fries instead of salad...nope they didn't. No big deal, she brought me fries. The food was of quality and you can tell they make to order. The little soup appetizer they give you was a surprise and pleasant as well. The mojarra we ordered was well cooked but not very well seasoned so we put a lot of salt along with the lemon for some flavor. It was tolerable. My friend ordered a soup of shrimp instead of fish. She did not get what she asked for and decided to not mention anything until the end when we realized that we all finished our food BUT her. Mind you, she suffers of migraines and can barely eat so this soup was gonna help lift her up (she doesn't like fish) ; she only drank the juice. Upsetting and I went to tell the lady of her mistake and the fact that she didn't even write it wrong because she charged us extra for the shrimp. She was indifferent to my clarification of the order and how it affected (she didn't eat well); she had no concern whatsoever. I did not expect her to take it off. I expected a sincere apology to her mistake and to remove the $3 up charge. Well she did one of the two... I honestly do not think I'll be coming back to this location. Customer service is big for me and if they cannot admit to mistakes and be kind then I take that like a slap on the face. They were polite. The restrooms were decent.

Excellent food great taste, one of the best seafood in the area in my point of view, Mexican style seafood.

I have been here before and I always enjoy it! I chose to go here for my birthday. We ordered the Mar y Tierra plate. It was delicious! It includes fajitas, fried fish, fried shrimp, and a little surprise (fried bacon wrapped shrimp filled with cheese)!!!Excellent as always!
