Read the reviews before we came to this restaurant and I have no idea why they have 3 stars. Everything was delicious and we had good service. Nice and cozy restaurant on this chilly morning. They even sell pan dulce by the register

First time there. Tried the crispy taco plate and it was very good. Lots of flavor and tortillas stayed crispy and rice and beans were good as well. Chips and salsa were good as well and service was great. My boy tired the carne guisada taco and that was very good and very big. One taco was very fulfilling. Prices were fair too. Ambiance was nice and cozy too. Just wish they stayed open later. Would be a nice place to take the family for dinner in the evening but they close at 3:00pm. I highly recommend this small gem. Can't wait to come back and try their breakfast.

Set off to Houston at 3 am to pick up a trailer and on the way back looked up Maria's. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was good and we were the only people in there so that was nice. Not many choices between Houston and San Antonio but this place is worth the stop if you're headed down IH-10.

I have not ordered anything but breakfast tacos on multiple occasions. They are large and delicious. Definitely try the Barbacoa taco. Those tacos are as good as it gets.

I tired the breakfast taco and it was great...was in Columbus for 5 days and had taco for 4 of the days...definitely a place to get a taco...will return when I am in town

I came by on a road trip with family and we ended up waiting 30 for our drinks and over an hour for our food. Nobody was helpful in getting us our food in a timely manner and the waitresses were rude.

A small family restaurant with authentic Mexican food. The breakfast burrito is an excellent choice.

As far as a Mexican restaurant, this place is not! I would not recommend it. I've tried to eat here several times so it's not a one off type thing. I ordered cheese enchiladas and the cheese on the inside wasn't even melted, the enchilada sauce tasted weird also. It also has flies inside every time I go.

just terrible. We went through the drive-thru and I got a simple burger. The cooks completely forgot to put a main ingredient in there and we had to wait for nearly 20 to 30 minutes when we were the only one there. Personally I would not go there if i were you
