Been here many times quality and service are hit and miss and they tend to close on odd days without warning. Went tonight and again they're closed. No visible hours or notice on the building and the blackout screens on the entry doors make it impossible to read the signage. Hours on yelp say they should be open. Strike three, I think I'm done with Margie's.

The food is good but be careful when you go to the drive thru! They should say if you want to tip or not but they charged me for a tip that I didn't even approve of!?! Like? A tip for doing your job and giving me my food! Come on! If I had tip money, I'd definitely tip! I barely have eating out money man... make sure you do the option of tipping cause that's how they get you... this is the last time I go to this mediocre place! Also don't get their fish and or shrimp! It's greasy af!

Came to try the famous chicken here and it was amazing. The chicken had the perfect amount of breading and it was fresh. The mashed potatoes were nice and thick just like grandma used to make and the sweet potato fries were the perfect comfort food. We also tried the Cowboy Bites with ranch and they were delicious. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting some good home style fried chicken. Well worth the drive for anyone!

Just moved to town and this place has some good reviews so we tried it! Food was made fresh! The girl named Angela took my order was very friendly and personable. Fried chicken was actually the best I've ever had. I will be eating here again soon!

Very disappointed in service. Came in at 11:00am.....order salad and soup bar....had salad first..was told soup was coming "right out"....@ 11:30am....still NO soup! Finally got here....but it was supposed to be chicken florentine... waitress said at 11:35am....soup is ready but sorry ..no chicken in it today!! Wow! My last tome to dine here.

My wife and I visited Margie's last night with two friends. We will return. The food was very good. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was neat and clean. We had no issues.I had a three piece dark chicken plate. My wife had the chicken livers. She loved them. One friend had the chicken gizzards, which he liked a lot. Another friend had a mixed plate with light and dark meat chicken. All the chicken was properly cooked and tasted very good. The dinner rolls with butter on top were noteworthy. We had no complaints about the various sides including mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, etc. with white gravy. We had all the condiments we wanted including honey and hot sauces. We washed it down with a few bottled beers. I recommend you visit.The place was not busy on this late Thursday afternoon. It is located behind the Lowe's market and has plenty of parking. The owners, husband and wife, were taking orders, cooking and serving the food. She was very personable and friendly out front. He cooked the food and then came out near the end of the meal to ask how we liked everything. He was very likable and friendly.

I have seen this place a few times but couldn't stop in because I had the wife with me. So I was able to stop in today for lunch and let me tell ya. It's good eaten! I had 4 piece chicken tenders and it was homemade with a thin crust. Seasoned perfectly. The coleslaw was really good, a bit on the sweet side and that might be to some people's benefit. Unsweet tea was really tasty. The water to tea ratio was spot on for unsweet tea. Hope ya'll enjoy it as much as I did and will again.

We love Margies! Friendly Staff, good food and quick service. I highly recommend their burgers though! I know it's a chicken place, and their chicken is great as well... but those burgers are mouth watering! The owners are always so friendly and community involved. Will always support Margies!!!
