I ordered delivery and we ended up getting almost none of the extra items. No ranch, no parmesean, no jalepeno ranch, no red pepper flakes, and it was nowhere near extra cheese. I'm fixing to call and have them reverse charges for all the things I didn't get. Parm and ranch and red pepper, those all make pizza even better and I got none.

Don't come here. They charge us for salad and then they said they don't even have it. Maybe y'all should know what you're out of before you open not rocket science ladies come on. Then after saying we can get cups to share from a liter and we buy the liter and pizza and salad (that they don't have) we ask for cups and they say they don't have cups. DANG!!! Tell us that if you hear us talking about it right in front of you!!! Petty! NEVER coming back. Don't come.

Absolute bunch of idiots here. They always had such good pizza and salads, but the people working here don't have a clue what they're doing. I ordered a medium pizza and salad for delivery at 6:45 tonight. At 8:00 I didn't have it and called the store back. He said the driver had been gone for 35 MINUTES and should be to me soon. I said forget it, I didn't want it, it's cold. Been out riding around in a car for 35 minutes I don't want it. He said he'd credit me and again said she'd be here soon and I told him if it's still hot I'll take it, and I can at least eat the salad.20 minutes later NOTHING! I called back,He said he credited me and cancelled the order. So I inquired above the salad I had asked for and he said "oh, she forgot it when she left here"These kids need to go home and stop wasting our time. It's almost 9 and I have no dinner. NEVER AGAIN!!

I've always had a pleasant experience at Marcos in the past, the pizza was very tasty and hot, everything was good there on Weber until June 11, 2023I walked in there, I told the person at the register what I wanted, then was told that they no longer have that promotion. I asked what specials they had and she pointed to a sign that was hanging on the wall and said something about the menu.I told her I'd be right back that I could probably find one that was sent to my email, I walked back in with my phone and showed her the email which was a large two topping with cheese bread for $14.99.That's what I ordered and I asked her to have the pizza cut in squares and she said okay I'm then was looking at the screen and it said cheese and pepperoni and I said well can I get extra cheese for my other topping and she said it's only a two topping pizza, I told her the pizza already has cheese on it (she then told me, 'that not all pizzas come with cheese on it') after having to argue with her about it, she showed me on the screen to show me what it said, I told her that's not what the email said, it says two toppings (so basically she was just going to give me a cheese pizza and one topping (pepperoni)Another worker came up to the counter and I was showing him the the email and explaining what I wanted and that's when I asked about a manager, and this lady said she's the manager, the other worker told her that the pizza comes with cheese already on it then it comes with two toppings as well.I end up waiting for my pizza outside by my truck, later I went inside and I got my pizza, once I got out to my truck I squeeze my hand through the pizza box to grab a piece of pizza, (I later opened the box to look and it was not cut squares like I requested)I went back inside and told the lady manager, that they didn't make my pizza correctly, she opened up the box and I was telling her it wasn't cut squares, she then went on to say to me that I took a bite of out of the pizza. (As if they were going to turn around and sell this pizza to someone else had I not taken a small bite??)It seems like she made a bigger deal about me taking a bite, other than of her making a mistake of not putting the order in correctly on the ticket, she then told me that I was being difficult, and I told her I wasn't, and that she was the one that didn't put it in correctly, that she f. up, she was the one that messed it up. (I don't think asking for a pizza to be cutting squares is being difficult, nor is asking for extra cheese to be put on a pizza as my other second topping) they have a certain button there on the register that they can press that says it on the ticket, (she didn't do that)She then said that she would remake the pizza, (she took the other pizza to the back) I then asked her if the cheese bread would still be hot sitting here on the counter and she said yes, that it wouldn't take long to make the pizza again. She then said that she would put it underneath the warmer it would stay hot there. I questioned this and asked her don't you think it'd be better to remake that as well because underneath a warmer is going to continue baking underneath the warmer making the cheese a brownish color. The lady manager said she was not going to re make the cheese bread also. (I know it takes 10 - 15 minutes to make a pizza there, cheese bread was going to be a over baked brownish color looking. It was then I told her just go ahead and give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else.The lady manager refused to get my money back, because I took a bite of the pizza. (I really think that they were going to sell this pizza to someone else after it had already left the restaurant had I not taken a bite of it) I mentioned about calling someone and she said that she would not give me my money back without talking to Oscar first, I then said well then call him.I told her that she was being very defensive and she said I was cussing at her, and everything is being recorded and I told her good then they'll be able to see what you said, I told her I never once cussed at her (abbreviation is not cussing)I got more of the run around from her saying Oscar already left and left her in charge that she's the manager and I then told her well then start acting like one then, she did not want to call Oscar and said that she could not give me my money back until some guy named Nick came back.So I asked for my a copy of my receipt, I told them that I would be back Monday to talk to Oscar and to acknowledge to them that I was leaving without my food. I then went somewhere else to eat that evening.

My husband was double charged on July 23 and we have called, emailed, gone to the store and left our information on their customer service site, and we have yet to receive the amount back. This has by far been the worst customer service we've ever experienced. How do you continously give someone the runaround and then not even follow up? We are still waiting for this to be fixed, and simply can't understand why they won't fix their mistake. Shame on you guys!

Had so many issues trying to order on line. Finally called in and the gentleman says their website is down for ordering. He was beyond helpful to take my order. Great service, great attitude. Picked up my pizzas. So so good, fresh, piping not and delish. Marcos is awesome, the service I received was top notch too. This is not always the case, however today was pretty incredible. Love love Marcos pizza

Wanted to love this place but was such a disappointment. I ordered a medium with ham & mushrooms and it was so much bread and not a lot of toppings. Next I ordered a pizza bowl and mind you it that just had toppings! The total was $33 for just one pizza bowl, medium pizza and a Pepsi. Ridiculously over priced for the taste, quality and quantity. Papa Johns, Dominos & Pizza Hut all 100% better!
