Mad Monkey Vape Shop

This has been the shop I preferred since I was 18 and the owner ran it. Now they have employees that are rude and condescending and straight up annoyed to have a customer walk in. They criticize my choice of setup every time I buy a coil and juice or the talk about how I parked. I don't usually make reviews but this has happened so many times it's unbelievable. I figured they were just having bad days the first few times but I have come to realize they just hate there jobs and people. It's sad to see a shop I loved to visit become a place I dread.

While visiting Corpus, I found this place and could not be more happy. The dude who helped was so knowledgeable and helpful. He also turned me on to my new favorite vape juice, Sad Boy. I will definitely go back any time I'm in town. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Went in there this morning at 930am as I was up running errands. I needed some coils and was going to buy a couple of vap juice bottles. The lady I encountered acted put off from the start. I explained to her that I was somewhat new to varying and therefore not very knowledgeable about it. She was condescending, short with me and just seemed annoyed by me trying to purchase what I was there for. I finally said " you know what ? I don't need to shop here. There are other vap stores that I've been to that where FAR MORE HELPFUL AND POLITE " Told her I'll never be back as my wife and me walked out the door. They must not need our business. I'll gladly give it to others that will appreciate it.

I usually have no issues with this store but today was different. The cashier was very rude. I was refused service because I would not wear a mask due to my beliefs. wearing a mask is not a LAW is a mandate! I do not live in socialized China. I usually spend around 150 dollars each time I go in but they can kiss that goodbye. I won't be back.

Well they sell my gf the wrong stuff after I personally talked to the guy on the phone and explained to him what I needed. They sell her the more expensive version of what she didn't need. Now they are saying they don't exchange or do refunds. Fuck these greedy assholes. I'm finding a new vape shop.
