Los Chilaquiles

The homemade chips and salsa to start are the best! especially the green avacado salsa! Breakfast tacos are generously stuffed! make sure you ask for extra tortillas!Chilaquiles are perfectly crispy and deliciously presented! They use filtered water and Iced tea is perfect! We live in New Braunfels and make the drive. Great service and value for your money.

I brought my family here three days in a row while visiting from out of state. The breakfast plates here are UNMATCHED. The prices here are great & the food is delicious! The waitresses were very kind and accommodating .

We found this place on the way back to San Antonio and were definitely not disappointed. This is the real deal Mexican food! The service was prompt and friendly. Everything from chips and salsa to the enchiladas and fajitas were delicious! The servings were so generous and flavors were authentic! We'll definitely be back and we'll spread the word on this hidden gem!

Food was delicious, highly recommend. Don't miss out on the green sauce or the tortillas. Staff were friendly, helpful, and it's a nice, festive atmosphere complete with music playing to complete the experience. Nice spot for breakfast while visiting Seguin!

It looks like a hole in the wall, but don't let that fool you. The parking lot was full with 30 minutes before close. My husband has to have menudo on Sunday and thankfully they still had some. He was impressed that they used bay leaf as a seasoning and he's picky about menudo. I have wanted to try birria and the queso birria made this keto dieter go off plan. I'm telling myself that two grilled tortillas won't kill me. The melty cheese and shredded beef with the broth was amazing. I'm going to have to figure out how to make this keto at home. The side of cucumber slices were refreshing and I added the sliced radishes, onion and cilantro to the broth and made myself so full. The service was excellent and made sure we were taken care of even though they had closed. If you are passing by Seguin before 3 pm and are hungry, I highly recommend a stop here.

Found the reviews on this place and all I can say is wow, they did not disappoint! I will be seeing this place every time I come to town. Everything is so flavorful. Great service to back it up too.

Y'all. Don't sleep on this place! Fresh tortillas and delicious food. We went for breakfast and got the pork chops & eggs, and chilaquiles rojos. The kiddos had one breakfast taco each, which were large & full to the brim!

There are ao many Mexican restaurants in Seguin/San Antonio and this is our 1st time here. Friendly service and the menu is in English where they got an English speaker waitress since we speak limited Spanish. Had the chilaquiles, chili relleno with shredded chicken and cheese, tripa plate. Gigantic portions as they all come with refried beans and rice. There was also complimentary chips with creamy verde salsa and rojas spicy one. Thank God I got a refreshing horchata to go with. They got homemade corn tortillas. Beautiful lively music in the background.

This food is fantastic. The chips and green salsa will be the best thing you've ever eaten.
