Long's Heating & Air Conditioning

I became acquainted with Long's Heating and A/C because of their volunteer work with Special Olympics. I figured that people that were willing to volunteer their time to help these athletes had the kind of character I want to do business with. I was not disappointed.I had a significant problem that was causing damage to my house. Long's responded quickly and corrected the problems efficiently! The price was reasonable (less than I expected)!I wholeheartedly recommend Long's Heating and A/C!!Thanks for a job well done! Craig and Daniel did a great job!

Absolutely amazing service! Very quick response between calling and having a tech at you're house. Mike the technician was polite and explained everything to me thoroughly. Fairly priced, in the two times I used them I was shocked at how low the bill was! Have recommended them to all my close friends with AC problems!

just got a new unit installed and now a few hours later water is steadily dripping from the ceiling. The technicians came out and said they didn't know why and couldn't fix it. They were extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! James is a little punk and was a complete as&$*%^# from the time he got here, so was his partner. I guess they got our money and they don't give an sh&$ now. Avoid this company!!!!!!

My AC went out so I called Long's Heating and Air Conditioning. This was at around 6pm, most other were closed or not answering. Long's sent out two tech in about 20-30mins, they stayed for almost an hour to troubleshoot and found the thermostat was bad. They replaced it and all is good. Awesome service, quick and efficient! My go too AC company from now on.

I called for service for my AC. A technician, Liza came out that same day. She was knowledgable, competent, efficient and friendly. She diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it just as fast. I am very happy with the service. And the cost was reasonable.

Long's Heating & Air Conditioning were a lifesaver when my usual AC company couldn't come out until the next day. Long's was here quickly and gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. Ross worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed! Thank you!

Awesome and professional! I can not say enough good things about this company! They did extensive work for me last summer repairing screw ups from a different company. The lousy work by the first company led to major problems and the guys from Longs Heating and Air fixed it all. They worked in a hot attic in extreme heat and never complained. The employees are stand up guys. Some companies send workers who you don't really want in your house. NOT Longs. I trusted all the guys they sent. Mike was always fast to respond when we had a problem. I will never use or recommend any other AC company as long as I am in Corpus!
