LongHorn Steakhouse

My first time going to any longhorn steak house and I must say I was impressed. I came with a large part of about 10 people. The waitstaff was very attentive and satisfied everyone's needs. The food tasted great and my steak was cooked to temp. Would love to visit the establishment again.

This is my go-to spot! The Longhorn has great food, great drink and great appetizers! The girl at the front desk wasn't personable. She was quite rude which is why I removed a star! I also removed a star because they need to clean the lambs. I saw a spider web. We had fried okra, chicken tortilla soup, shrimp, chicken friend chicken, two different salads and much more. I will be back!

Outlaw ribeye 9/10Parmesan crust 7/10Strawberry Salad 10/10The outlaw ribeyes have been the best steaks at Longhorn steakhouse. I'm not a fan of the sirloin but my wife loves the sirloin. The outlaw ribeye was good to a medium rare with a perfect char that gave it alot of flavor. I got a side of parmesan crust just to satisfy my cravings. My waitress stopped by several times and refilled my drink before it even got low. The strawberry salads are one of the main reasons I started coming to Longhorn. Even when they are light on the vinaigrette dressing, the fruits give it all the sweetness it needs!!!!

Always a great experience when I come to this location when I am in town. The service is always excellent and the food is consistent and always delicious. This restaurant is great for all occasions, solo, date nights, small groups, or larger parties! The ambience is very chill and somewhat romantic.

For chain steakhouses, it does not get any better than Longhorn. Especially considering what you get for what you pay. Compared to other higher tier chain steakhouses, Longhorn is quite affordable. And I will also say their consistently quality steaks with perfect grill marks, crusts and season make them standout. They also all have great decor, atmosphere and high levels of service. You can tell there is a good corporate touch in the way they set the culture in how each location is ran. Great choice if you are in or around the La Palmera mall.

Dirty silverware, burnt burger bun, missing food, overall unclean environment! This Longhorn steakhouse is the worst one I've ever been to, and I have been to a lot of steakhouses across the country and around the world. The silverware was absolutely filthy (see photo). Clearly nobody cares about customer health and safety. Upon informing the bartender she quickly changed out the silverware, told us that it was gross and then made the following statement... "Sometimes they get really lazy when wrapping silverware". Wow! So this appears to be a common problem they have there. We ordered two LH burgers with all the fixings. They showed up with no fixings, no burger sauce and the top bun was burnt. (Sorry, I should've had a picture of that.) The bartender took the burgers back immediately and said she would have them remade. They came back with the proper fixings and a properly toasted bun. From this point forward she behaves like nothing ever happened. Additionally, the initial wait for the food to be delivered was quite long.After two strikes like this, one would expect to see a manager appear to apologize and attempt to make things right. Nope! Never saw anyone from management. It appears their philosophy for customer service and satisfaction is "oh well". As a final note, the place is generally not well-maintained. There was dust and dirt everywhere. If you decide to try this place, just take a pass through the bar and look at the filth on the mirrors behind the alcohol. Management seems to have zero attention to detail. Sad, because this place could be great. At the end of the day, we all know that it comes down to management. When the management doesn't care, neither does anyone else.

We were pretty surprised with how delicious the food was here! We got the Firecracker Chicken Wraps as a starter, they were good, just a little salty. Next time we'll just ask them not to salt the top. The complimentary bread was okay. We shared the Outlaw Ribeye which was 20 oz. For sides we got the mac and cheese and the shrimp and lobster chowder. The mac and cheese was okay, it was nothing special. The chowder on the other hand was yummy, it had a good flavor to it and was really comforting after a long day at the beach. The steak was the star of the meal because it cut like butter and just melts in your mouth. It was cooked to perfection, medium rare and still very juicy. My husband, who is pretty picky about steaks, loved it. We will most definitely be back!

Longhorn Steakhouse is pretty consistent on food quality and customer service no matter which location you go to. I don't think I've ever had any issues at any of their restaurants.There isn't much at the Longhorn Steakhouse that I don't like. However, my go-to is the chicken fried chicken with Mac and cheese and fries. They give you two portions and it's an understatement to say that a single portion of the chicken fried chicken is more than enough for me for one meal, so I usually have to take the second half home. This is definitely great bang for your buck. It's great value in my opinion.Overall, 5 stars. They deserve the rating. Period.

Had lunchWife had salmon, it was delightful Her Mac & cheese was baked & beautiful. Tasted very good. I had the NY Strip. Cooked perfect only thing I added was pepper. Very good. Baked potatoes was good but slightly watery. I would be happy to eat here often. Like everything else over the last three years, just a little pricey.

The steaks are good. If I'm picking up my order, I don't feel I need to tip a server. I haven't sat down, so what is the tip for?
