Loncheria El Popo

This business overcharges for their food. They advertise that each lonche is $3.50, however the past 3 times I have gone, I have been overcharged. The business has a notice that they charge a 3% service fee for credit/debit use which is fine in itself but that is not the problem. Today I visited and ordered 4 lonches de ternera which is $14 before tax and service fee. I was told it was $15.50 which did not include the 3% service fee (0.46 cents). The total with service fee was $15.96. Again the problem is not the 3% service fee but in how they arrived at the $15.50 total. If you take the 4 lonches that is $14 plus 8.25% tax that total should be $15.16 but I was told $15.50. They made an additional .34 cents. The second visit I brought this up and they tried to refund me and I let it go but this third visit they are still overcharging. Please be aware of this and I hope the business corrects this.

You can find this type of 'torta' in other places, but I trust the well known place "Loncheria El Popo" :)
