Little Caesars Pizza

The worst pizza I have eaten...ever. Would give it a negative star if that were an option. We remember Little Caesar's Pizza as a better pizza and ordered it last Saturday after a long day at the trade show. Did pick up in their hot box and were within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Pizza was cold and soggy which we discovered when we got home. No answer or busy when we called to complain. Likely this is why they prefer no customer contact.

Employees taking orders handling money, then staight to pizza making. Guess they don't have a hand sink. Just like they don't have a self, cuase the pans were on the floor. 38 minutes for a hot and ready. The picture says it all, no QC.

Don't go there expecting a $5 hot and ready pizza they never have one at lunch time I've been four times trying to get pizza for the crew of guys that work for my construction company and they've never had a single pizza ready at $5 they make you wait or they want you to wait which is ridiculous at lunch time they should have that figured out by now I will never be back and neither will any of the four of the guys on our crew we have all agreed we are never going back to this location. Why have $5 hot and ready posted all over your windows and plastered all over your business when that's not what you are ready to offer?

Great place to go if you want to hear women workers fighting with their girlfriends on the phone (5 times I've been there). For pizza not so much. There seems to be no one running the place. They are notorious for giving your called in order away to someone else in line. Pizzas are sometimes great or horrible, flip a coin on what you'll get.

The cheese is always burnt... Fix the oven and focus on quality- this drys out the pizza.. Add a little sauce to it also cheese and bread

Ordered online from CC, from work. Drove to store waited 45 minutes for order, when finally the notice was indicated on the screen for pick up the slot/box empty. Asked why empty and told by cashier I don't know. Had to put order back in and waited another 30 minutes and the food all wrong and cold. Asked for manager and was avoided. Will not ever patronize again. Worst all round service ever. Don't do it!!!

I walked in a little after lunch time. No customers, and nobody in the front. When you walk in the bell rings and it took the lady a while to tend to me then as I'm driving off I open the box, it's obvious it wasnt fresh n had been sitting there for a while. Very disappointed with Little Caesar's in general. This location and the one on Leopard and Violet in Corpus are very bad over all. Im done with this pizza.

Pizza was undercooked, we were over charged, lady behind the counter was sweating and kept touching her hair/hat.. additionally when she took the pizzas out of the 'heat fridge' she basically turned them sideways. Overall a bad experience!!

Trust the ratings and avoid this place wait over an hour for my pizza and it was completely wrong

Although I've purchased pizza from this location many times, it seems as if something has recently changed. My last three recent visits to the Portland location had been a little disappointing. I normally purchase the Extra Most Bestest Pizza, but they have been coming out a little undercooked, and the cheese not fully melted. By the time I come home, I notice that the crust is soft, and the pizza isn't fully cut. I've attached a photo below. I also made the manager aware, and they apologized and offered a free pizza next visit. She also added, by request, she would run it threw the oven once more. Also, the sign on the door say no more then 4 people inside to order at a time, due to COVID, but that's not the case at this location.
