Little Caesars Pizza Pizza

I generally like little ceasars for what they are: cheap tasty pizza fast. I know what to expect, but this location fails to meet even the low expectations of their chain. There was a long wait in the drive thru last time I went and the time before I went in for a hot and ready they told me it would be at least 15 minutes because they ran out of dough. Disappointed.

Sad, Sad, SadNeeds a makeover. Out of date advertising. Waited over 45 minute. One employee for lunch rush. Owner should be ashamed, there is no excuse.

We ordered our pizza an hour ago. We got an email that it was ready. We came to pick it up to find the front door locked and 8 cars in the drive thru line. We paid for our pizza online. They won't answer their phone. We waited in the drive thru line for over 30 mins. The cars never moved. We gave up and left. We tried to call the 800 number customer service line, but they are closed at this time. $30 for nothing. I hope we can get a refund tomorrow.

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would this place is trash! Flour Bluff Little Caesars location:I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Little Caesars in Flour Bluff. This is the third time I've had issues with an online order, and unfortunately, the experience keeps getting worse.I placed my order expecting to pick it up between 7:16 PM and 7:21 PM through the Pizza Portal. However, when I arrived, my order was not ready, and there was a long line of frustrated customers who also had not received their food. Even worse, there was no one at the front to assist customers, and when I tried to ask for help, the employees ignored me and stayed in the back. After waiting far past my pickup time, I was finally told that my order was lost.The lack of communication, poor organization, and complete disregard for customer service at this location is unacceptable. If you place an order here, be prepared for long waits, confusion, and little to no assistance. I will not be returning until they improve their service.

Service is absolutely terrible! Sat at the window for 20min never once looked my way or acknowledged me as walk ins kept getting service! Aswell as never has hit n readys actually ready! I wouldn't not recommend this location!

Talk about burnt. I feel like every time I order her it comes out burnt. Don't recommend

Delivery is a joke. I ordered my 2 pizzas, got delivered one. I asked my delivery guy where the other one was, he was very defensive. Then I tried calling the store, and no one would pick up. They also have a FULL voicemail. Makes sense. I called customer support, got out on hold for awhile to only be told that I'd get a refund of half the purchase in 10-12 business days and there's no way for another pizza to be delivered. I am continuously calling the address with NO ANSWER. almost as if they were told to ignore. 0/10!

But you did a good job at really freaking up my day! Slammed the window in my face. And then you didn't even give us our puffs?! Like who does that?! You obviously!! If I could give 0 stars you best believe I would!! Terrible service , worst customer service ever . DO NOT come here!!!

My family and I choose this location over Saratoga due to the fact their crazy bread is ALWAYS on point! Their pizza is a plus! A huge thank you to the workers who provide the best customer service during these hard times!

They never keep hot and ready cheese. We order all the time always have to wait today I was told they don't do hot and ready cheese... isn't that the point! Fast is what the selling point is... :(
