Little Caesar's Pizza

Not great customer service. Waited a few minutes on the drive thru and no one acknowledged me. So I got down. Ordered, and was told they can't break my 50$ bill. So I said ok make the order, I'll drive across the street to make change. Paid. No biggie.You guys really need to equip your employees with the tools necessary to do their job.I wasn't even offered like a free soda or anything for the inconvenience ,not that I wanted it is just that's what you do. Anyway, not going back .

Anytime I have to wait for a pizza at Little Caesars it's a bad experience. The whole concept is to be ready upon order, and here I am waiting 12-15 minutes for my pizza. It's a Sunday evening not busy at all.

Horrible horrible customer service. Horrible wait times. Nothing Hot N Ready about their pizzas. AVOID this location. This one is closest to my house and it's the worst location in town. Have been told previously that the Hot N Ready pizzas have an hour wait. That's the longest. Plenty other 30 minute, 45 minute waits. The "Pizza Portal" is never used even when I order ahead online.

Wish it was possible to give less than one star. This place is AWFUL! I feel like the people working have absolutely no clue what they are doing! Anytime one ever gone through the drive through I wait at least 20 minutes. How the hell does making a pizza that's "hot and ready" take so long? It's baffling. I wish Little Caesar's would invest in a store manager to oversee the bullshit that this place is. How about you quit adding shit to your menu until you can learn how to make a basic pizza. Absolutely insane.

When u advertise hot and ready pizza, why it the pizza always cold? Also you might want to train your people how to cut a pizza, they do a half ass job of that.went in there yesterday and walked out. No one waited on me, the place was empty. Little carsars pizza isnt that good to begin with, but its quick. But i guess from now on ill wait. You get what u pay for

It takes over a hour for my pre ordered pre paid pizza to be made each time. I always pre order because then I end up waiting at store for a long time. Actually less than an hour so it seems like they make the in store customers pizza first before the online orders. Pizza is always warm and hot when I get it. Always delicious. Except my last visit my 2 thin and crispy pizzas were burnt or over baked. But one has a hair embedded in the burnt cheese. I tried calling for over 2 days and no one ever answers. I emailed a 2 separate complaints and no response to my phone number it asked me to provide or email that it asked me to provide. This is the first time the pizza was not good out of all the times I've been there.

why is the Little Caesars on weber so horrible. The food is never ready. It takes about an hour wait and the workers are not only bad at customer service but seem like they have no idea what's going on, they tell you to park around front, but leave your order sitting there getting cold and have no idea who it belongs to. This location needs new management that knows what they're doing.

Horrible Horrible.I was in the drive thru line at the speaker for a literal hour waiting for someone to just say welcome !! Cars in the back of me kept leaving and leaving but since I had placed a online order for pick up at the drive thru I kept my patience... But I kid you not ....once someone finally helped at the window and said they would check for that order they never came back and I waited for another 30minutes ! I decided to leave without the pizza because honestly I saw the employees being on their phones and not paying attention to customers ... they had me and others waiting! lots of mad customers leaving .... Mind you ..I had ordered the pizza online 35-40min ahead of time so this would not happen. They charged my card for the pizza online but I never got the pizza even after the wait time at the window ! I left home without the pizza since no one came by the drive thru window again after they said they would check ! I tried calling them back once I got home and for about 30min of trying to call them no answer! I still need to get a refund for something I didn't end up receiving! Ridiculous !

Worst pizza over horrible service they are lazy and don't want to work and get Paid to waste your time and there's don't go here

With stores in 22 countries and territories worldwide, including each of the 50 U.S. states this one is Absolutely the WORSE. The management at this site don't care one bit about the customer or the products they serve. Too bad there is no option for zero stars. The pizza was cold, toppings; cold, cheese was hard just like the crust. I just threw away my money and paid for rude customer service. The manager Whose only word was "OK" after my complaint. David Scrivano if you read this, please take a hard look at what this store is lacking
