Extremely terrible service! In what world does a hot and ready take 1 hour and 5 minutes! "Order on the app and skip the line" , what a joke. You would think after such a long wait, it would be fresh, NOPE! This place needs new management.

Short staffed everytime i come to get something to eat with terrible customer service. I work in fast food and we hold standards to always get with the customer up front but it's different here, they'll ignore you. I went through drive through, ordered and they told me to park up front and said there would only be a 10 min wait on my wings. 20 mins later and i felt forgotten and went back inside and was greeted my a man. Told him my order, which they didn't take the name down for, and he immediately grabbed it for me as if it was just sitting there forgotten. I don't recommend and every customer i've seen come in at the same time has had a similar problem. UPDATE The food sucked and i wouldn't be surprised if its been in the warmer since the store opened

food was prepared wrong and when we called back 17 times they never answered the phone. I will never go back and tell everyone to stay away. wasteoftime and money.
