Lisabella's Bistro and Bar

We've been coming here since they opened. This last visit was an enormous disappointment! Food: there are only a few gluten free options. the tortillas are a combo of corn /flour. No gf option for pasta either. The $44 red snapper was a dry disappointment & was lacking in flavor & sauce! Menu is so abbreviated too! Service: seemed to drop the ball midway. No checking on us after we got our food. Tossed desert menu at us without saying a word, while she was talking to someone else! And for $145 meal for two with two drinks the service was sub par. PS the restaurant was not crowded to feel so overlooked... Ambiance: we had made reservations and asked for a booth we were placed at the front door and the booth with toss pillows were so uncomfortable, the table was even tipsy... it was fixed. The more private booths sat vacant through our meal. Overall for the price we're Phoenix restaurant and bar customers!! Can't wait to go again!!

Pretty solid spot right in the middle of Cinnamon Shore North. It's a tad on the pricey side for what you get but overall a nice experience. I'd recommend a reservation if you're going during the summer months, otherwise you'll never get a seat. I opted for the pasta Del Mar which was just seafood pasta in a cream sauce with a little kick. In the pasta were two pieces of fish, which were slightly overcooked, 3 pieces of shrimp, and one scallop. It was overall a pretty good pasta dish that was filling and tasty. $49 for the entree which is a bit steep IMO, but it was served with a smile from a friendly server. I washed it down with a margarita.

We went back to Lisabella's for my birthday, and we had a great meal. Pricing is a high for the serving size, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. The cake slice I had for my birthday I'm still dreaming about - lemon blueberry and was out of this world. We also had bacon wrapped shrimp, crab fingers, and spinach. Everything was very good.

Pretty place, delicious food, and outstanding service. Very busy so plan on making reservations. It's pricey but worth treating yourself.

This place exceeded my expectations. I had really high expectations going in to begin with, but was very good. This place is pretty fancy. I wouldn't say it's very fancy, but definitely a place where I would suggest to dress up a little. It is white table cloth. If you are staying in the area, I highly recommend reservations. If you don't make reservations you'll more than likely be sitting at the bar or outside. Now on to the food, it's all very good! Everything we got from the appetizers to entrees was extremely tasty! Everything here is pretty pricey. Around $40-$50 an entree. That's not including drinks, appetizers, or your sides (which are additional). I'd say anything here is going to be good, but I recommend the tilefish or red snapper. I saw where a couple of reviews where people were mad about not being able to split tickets. It says directly on the menu that there's a 4% extra charge if you use a credit card (not debit) to all checks. It also says you can split checks, but there will be an additional $12 to each check if separated or split. People just can't read. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The food was delicious, but definitely pricey. We ordered the garlic bread as an appetizer and literally got two small pieces for $7.00. The service was mediocre. We took my niece there for her 20th birthday and barely got an acknowledgment that we were there for a special occasion. Do not dine outdoors!! The flies and mosquitos were more than annoying. The ambiance is nice. The bathroom are outdoor....away from the main building. We waited for 45 minutes for food to come out. Never got our drinks refilled. Got a $200 bill for 4 people, no alcohol.

Definitely underwhelming. A couple of the standouts were the ceviche and the Red Snapper. The ceviche was very refreshing and obviously fresh. The homemade chips served with it were very good as well. The Red Snapper was incredible! It's what I expected the entire dinner to be. Very well executed. Fish was tender, cooked perfectly, and flavored great. Served on really good mashed potatoes with a delicious white wine butter sauce. The Snow Crab claw app was fine. Six claws served with both a melted butter and a mustard dip. They were devent. Nothing stood out other than the price for a basic crab claw. Wouldn't get again. We also ordered the Wild Jumbo Gulf Shrimp. This dish is interesting. Doesn't make any culinary sense. When I got the dish, it was fried shrimp served on top of a linguini pasta. The shrimp was executed perfectly. The pasta was fine also, but the two don't mesh at all. The dish is just weird. Drinks were atrocious. You'd think a $20 Old Fashioned would have a Luxardo cherry in there, but nope. Just the basic cherry you'd have on a sundae. Unfortunately, the cherry wouldn't have saved it either. Wife got glass of wine because they ran out of ginger beer and wanted to sub ginger ale (huh?). I then got a "Rummy" as a second drink because the Old Fashioned wasn't worthy of another. It was the worst drink I've ever had. Told the waitress I would pay for it, but I couldn't drink it. So bad.

We stayed at the Cinnamon Shores Resort again we went back to Lisabella's. Very convenient. The food and ambience was great and our server Stacy was fantastic. The bartender was great as well. The only problem was we read that they charge 4% for using a charge card which is fine and 9% if using a debit card. Well we used a debit card and was still charged the 4%. So be ware

We love Lisabella's! My wife, sister and I went on a Wednesday. It was pretty quiet, which was nice, as it is usually bustling. Everything was wonderful! Big shout out to the Red Snapper. Order it every time.

The food was pretty good but I can't say the service was on par with what we expected. I'm all for a leisurely pace, but it was super slow that night.
