I am sorely disappointed in our stay at life in paradise. We were shocked by the poor condition of our room which had been confirmed to be cleaned.1. The bedding was covered in dog hair. Even under the sheets and pillows. The top blanket was soiled with stains.2. The toilet seat was wet with bodily waste from someone who had recently used it. 3. At the end of the evening, we discovered that our door lock was broken and a slight tug on the handle from the outside opened the room up to anyone who wanted to come in. Our belongings had been left unsecured all day while we were away. We were then placed us in the only other room that was available, where we found more stains on the sheets and floor. At around midnight, we had to go back to the original room, remove the bedding, drag it over to the new room, and change out all of our bedding ourselves. We were exhausted the next day and very disappointed in the experience. I spoke with the manager there, Katie, who was shockingly rude and agressive. She didn't even want to adjust the price for the smaller room they placed us in after the doors wouldn't lock. I told her what we had been through, and that we were only in town for my uncle's funeral, which I was in the middle of and she literally said "You're not the only one in the world who has had a family member die." and hung up the phone on me. I have never encountered a customer service representative who behaved in such an unprofessional and cruel manner. I sincerely hope that no one else experiences what we had to go through, and that major improvements are made in cleanliness and management of this property.I was busy trying to help my family with the arrangements, so I only took a few photos of what we saw, I wasn't even going to complain until I was treated so badly by Katie.

Just returning home from a week at one of LIP's properties and had a great time. Extremely relaxing trip, plenty of towels, everything worked, nice cool AC and the kids loved the pool. Our rental included beach equipment which was great and eliminated us having to bring our own. Will definitely use again

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! Wow, I would consider my husband and myself well traveled so when choosing a nice place for our Mother and sisters, we certainly took some time. This place here was absolutely phenomenal. Their decor really caught our eye, not to mention the spacious and welcoming vibe. This place is wheel chair accessible which was a huge PLUS for our family members. In addition the gorgeous pool, outdoor patio, the bath necessities , kitchen accessories and the comfortable bedding all added to this memorable and wonderful experience! We not only like to share but recommend the finest and best experiences and this is certainly one of them! Don't think twice book your time in PARADISE!!!!

Wish I had called and discussed location... The golf cart was not in great shape...breaks and steering needed some updating, but it was included with the house. Rented a movie on our prime and it kept cutting off so we tried another app and it didn't work either. Housekeeping should clean under the furniture...especially when its pet friendly. My pup found some rat bait and water bottle with someones name on it...under the master bed. The house itself were great and the people I spoke with on the phone were always helpful. The extra $200 in gear was great. Not having to take our own beach chairs was a big +.

I rented through AirBnB and was saddened to receive an e-mail from these folks about my reservation. I was hoping to rent from an owner who adhered to AirBnB's covid standards. That was sadly not the case. I received TEN e-mails and instructions that I must download their app. That they changed my confirmation number. I was required to pre-sign a contract, but could not cancel without losing 100% of my payment. I filled out the forms, signed the harsh punitive contract, and downloaded the app. One of the e-mails stated "if" keyless entry was permitted "then" I would receive an e-mail, text, app notification the morning of check-in. We checked repeatedly. No notification. We physically drove to the office as instructed. Three apathetic teens working in the office greeted me. One had nothing in my name. Another said "I tried to text you" Another just stared at me. They printed 2 sheets of paper. The door code and wifi password were on the paper. The guy highlighted them for me. Wow. Global pandemic. There was no reason to make me come in to a tiny little office for a code.I asked why this could not be done via e-mail or app. Again, one said "I tried to text you" another just stared at me, the third said "I don't know" Super annoying. IF she tried to text me, which I doubt, why not e-mail and use the app when the text did not go through? Apathy. We were out of the room a few minutes before 11. I packed and then repacked the car. I decided to pop in for one last photo of the view from the room. My key code was already disabled - at 11:04am. Really?We will return to Port A. We will make sure we never book a property "managed" by this company.

Worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. Beware!!! They will ruin your trip. They have a housekeeping shortage. They would not rent me a condo for an extra night because they didn't have housekeeping to clean it, so we had to book at a place across town for one night. They could have cared less how inconvenient it was for our group. Then showed up to check in at 4:00 (of no early check-in accommodations) and the place was filthy from the last guests. We had to wait in the heat with kids and my elderly mother for almost two hours. Management was not helpful at all. I will never book with them in the future. Be careful they rent properties through Airbnb too. Avoid at all costs!

If you value cleanliness and health, I highly suggest you DO NOT book a stay with this company.We unfortunately had no other choice except to go buy our own bedding and cleaning supplies, just to feel somewhat comfortable during our stay here. I find it completely unacceptable that this company did not clean sufficiently after the previous guests who stayed here before us.This was at property #2579734.

Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT rent a place from Life in Paradise in Port Aransas. They are the new management of Sunflower Resort and will ultimately make guests not want to come back due to their awful guest service. The way we were treated during our stay was like we were intruders to a place we were paying a high price to vacation in. That being said, stay at Cinnamon Shore or Palmilla if you want to enjoy your stay and not be pushed out of your beach chairs because the Life and Paradise overbooked (not our problem but they decided they wanted to make it our problem), be told not to stand, walk or play in the grass where kids typically throw the ball or play, be asked to show an email of our reservation and to be clear a lady from the office drove her car to the beach to see an email with our reservation information (not what I want to be doing on my family vacation but sure "Karen" here is my email...anything else you want to bother us about before you get back in your car to drive back to the office) This encounter was followed up with email stating that we would not be able to rent chairs, wow Sunflower...great guest service. Again...stay away and go to Cinnamon Shore or Palmilla if you are looking for a resort. Do Not stay here...Trust me!
