The website is misleading. I was told by the property manager, Brenda that I needed to have a background check for criminal history performed prior to moving my RV on site. It was not a background check for criminal history. It was for rental history. It was clear I was not leasing a mobile home on the property. I was seeking a spot for my RV. This site is in very poor condition. Serval RVs on site should be condemned. I request to speak with the owner of the site because it is clear that I should have been refunded my money for the criminal background check that was never performed. Brenda showed up on site the day I arrived asking if I liked the property? I asked her if she thought the website reflected what the site looked like, she had no answer. Stay away from this location.
