Lena's Nail Spa

they did me RIGHTTTT!!!! I was warmly welcomed when I first came in and they offered me drinks. I didnt want any but at the end they gave me water so that was really nice of them :-)I originally came here for a fill but because my past nail tech did dip powder on me they couldnt do the nail design I wanted so they were really patient in helping me understand that! My nail tech here and I had great conversations and it was such a positive experience! This single experience here has made this nail spa my to-go-to place for nails!!

They absolutely blew me away again went into my birthday nails for new years and left super satisfied never felt rushed my nail tech engaged in lots of conversation and they even offered me a mimosa! Love Lena's the atmosphere is always so relaxing

I have been going to Lena's for a couple of years now getting a Deluxe Hot Stone Pedicure and was thinking about going somewhere else. But today a lady named Nancy did the best pedicure ever!! If Nancy is there the next time, I will always go back. I felt like she gave me my monies worth!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Not only did they quickly accommodate my sister and I for pedicures. They happily did a mani/pedi for my 3 year old niece. Jimmy was so great with her. Patient, fun, kind. We will always be coming to Lena's Nail Spa from here on out and will refer everyone here!! Our pedis were wonderful and all services relaxing and executed perfectly. Ray and Andy were great! We previously had an awful experience at Tulip Nails where they refused to do my nieces nails and toes with no explanation and eventually the receptionist did her toes because she felt so bad their staff treated her this way. So if you're looking for an amazing place, look no further; Lena's Nail Spa is the best.

I love Lena's Nail Spa! They know their stuff. I have been to many nail salons and by far these guys are the BEST! Love my nails and how the are meticulous with the work! Thank you Linda and the gentleman whom I didn't ask his name.

Always the best service with cocktails to go with it or just plain bottled water. Seems like any one of them do a pretty good job but my fiancé & I always make an appointment and we always ask for Tina who does his nails and Katie who does mine. The lady boss she's always friendly and accommodating.

Experience started off well. To start, decided to treat myself for my birthday. Only 2 other people in the salon when I got here. Excellent speedy service from the beginning. They did try to sell me on an upgrade, but that's a given at nail salons. I got the organic pedicure which is one of their higher ones. Great experience until the gentlemen began painting my toes. Mind you I was reading my book, so shame on me for not paying attention. But he used a color I didn't pick. I had specifically explained I wanted to see between 2 colors to match my fingernails. Once I realized, I stopped him, it was the first coat. He said that's the color. I explained that it's not either of the colors and I wanted to see between the 2. He gave me a hard time and brought all the books EXCEPT the one I originally chose from. I gave up and just said it's fine, just finish the color you're doing. He finished, only did 3 coats, and 1 top coat. Got up, said, "you're done" and walked away. No fans, nothing. Didn't help me out of the chair or assist in putting my slippers on. I'm sitting in the salon as I write this with a $62 regular polish wet pedicure as he talks shit a few chairs down to his coworkers. Todays my birthday. I'm not a confrontational person. Been doing my nails religiously since I was 23. What started off as a relaxing birthday treat has turned into a sour experience.

This place is very unprofessional and unorganized, three separate people asked about my nails before someone actually did my pedicure and when the guy finally did he didn't fully soak my nail off and then continued to try and proceed with putting product on to try and make it even up until I told him something when I did he walked off to another client and had two other technicians come finish.. there for I was left with half the work he did and the other guy did and they both used different white polishes

Distracted staff and poor quality pedicure. Nail tech took multiple phone calls that distracted her ability to do a quality pedicure and seemed more interested in chatting and checking on all the other workers instead of taking care of her customer. Take your money elsewhere.

I was visiting the area and needed my nails done. I looked at the reviews and chose Lena's Nail Spa. This was on Sunday afternoon. I paid $100 for a mani and pedi. My pedi was done in shellac and my mani in dip. Kayla did my my nails and she was rather rude. I could sense she wasn't having a great day so I didn't engage in conversation. The way my nails are done was a completely different technique than what I'm use to. It's now Thursday 4 days after my manicure and my nails are chipping.
