Las Palmas Bar & Grill

It was time to upgrade my previous review with a downgrade! I'm still a fan of Las Palmas Bar & Grill, but some menu items are a hit or miss. Since I dislike greasy food, some menu items can be a bit greasy. The soups are still my favorite, always fresh & delicious! The salsa is probably one of favorites in Laredo, but the chips can be over cooked sometimes. The complimentary cup of fideo soup served during lunch is also very good. Consistency can be an issue with some menu items. Example, steaks are sometimes flamed grilled & sometimes not. I finally tried the burger & homemade fries... too greasy for my taste. Over all, the quality would be much better if less greasy. One thing that is very consistent is customer service. The staff is usually friendly, attentive & efficient. It's the main reason why I keep coming back!

Great place for breakfast. The staff was super. Food was made to order. Got the BBQ Plate, had meat, potato, beans and I had scrambled eggs added. Awesome plate. Left with a full stomach. Great place.

Well first of all, they didn't even greet us. It took a while for them to ask what we wanted to drink. We never got chips and salsa. It took them over half an hour to bring us our food. For drinks we got lemonade and agua de melon and it was obviously made from powder. I expected it to taste more natural. And they were extremely sweet.

Hands down one of the best places to eat fajitas in laredo fast friendly service i ordered the fajita plate tender and delicious family friendly environment great place to enjoy authentic Mexican food great value on dishes serving sizes are awesome.

Ordered a beef enchilada plate for lunch. The meat was dry and hard. Like it had been reheated several times and a couple of days old Usually the food is good from here and fresh. Maybe because it was to-go they used that old, dry meat. If I was at the restaurant I would have sent it back.

I would not recommend this place. Bad service and waitresses are super rude. Be ready to take their attitudes. I won't. I'm like don't give me your attitude because I have mine. Service sucked!!
