There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Corpus Christi, but this one is not among the best. The chicken flautas were pretty bland. Rice and beans had good flavor but the rest was so so. The restaurant smells like straight up fabuloso and doesn't smell like food at all. That may just be because I came in shortly before closing. I find it odd that a restaurant next to a bunch of hotels would close at 9 too. There's nothing really bad about it but nothing super good either

There's no way this location and the south location have the same owners because the one on navigation is horrible. We were the only ones in the restaurant which should of been a red flag. We ordered 2 simple plates and yet it took 30 minutes to come out. The rice was reheated and stale, the carne asada was also reheated and dry. The chips were stale. We debated complaining but decided to just pay and leave and never come back. 2 plates and 2 teas cost us $29.

Great breakfast, and couldn't believe how little they charged! I thought the tacquito would be smaller, and the waitress asked, "just one?" So I ordered 2. Could barely finish the first one. We had 3 tacquito and huevos rancheros. Total cost was $10. Glad we stopped!

A Mexican restaurant that doesn't serve beer!? Wha!?!My plate came out suspiciously fast. The steak strips were over-cooked and very chewy. There's no excuse for that when I'm the only customer in the place, but I can see why that is. I would have sent it back were it not for the lack of nearby options. The salsa sucks too, and they serve the coke in cans. If you're in this part of town, pick the Denny's instead. Yeah, it's that bad.

Service perfect. Waitress was so nice. Had the breakfast taco. Almost ordered 3. Waitresses talked me out said get only one. It was the size of a manhole cover folded over with 12 eggs inside. Huuuugeeee. So good. Prices cheap and quality was awesome. Like going to Cairo Illinois for breakfast.

Truly authentic. This place gives you tacos the size of your entire head! You may be tempted to order 2 tacos but trust me, 1 is all you need (unless you're down for the challenge! ). Delicious!

Best tacos in the south, we've been ordering breakfast here for years. My wife loves the bacon, egg, and cheese, while my kids love the bean and cheese.

I wish I can give this zero stars but that's not an option. The food wasn't the best quality it could have been. It came out cold. One of my relatives found a long hair in her food as well. Overall not a good experience.
