Their food is absolutely amazing! Don't let outward appearance deter you! You won't be disappointed! They make absolutely scrumptious strawberry licuados! (Aka Strawberry shake) and their tortillas are delicious and fluffy. I have been camping at Lake Corpus Christi my whole life, and we never knew we had this diamond sitting right under our noses ! Just a 12 minute drive from our camping grounds was an amazing Mexican meal.

They have very awesome menudo you get lots of tripe instead of hominy or a pigs feet's taking up most of the bowl which you cannot find in many places, worth the prices!

Good service!!! Seat yourself. It was worth the drive for good food! Restrooms need updating but who cares good is excellent!

You had me at homemade flour tortillas! My brother says their corn tortillas are usually homemade too, but today's corn tortillas were store bought.Stopped in for breakfast this morning, but they serve breakfast all day.The eggs in my huevos rancheros were cooked over easy just like I requested. While I prefer a less thick ranchero sauce, the flavor was good and it had a nice heat. I probably should have tasted it before adding some of their habanero sauce to it!The lemonade slushy is absolutely perfect for this south Texas heat. I think I gave myself a brain freeze like 3 times.This will probably be my go-to breakfast next time I'm in town.Chips & Salsa are served starting with lunch.

Dine in or drive through the food is delicious. My 2 favorites are carne guisada and hamburger/fries. Lemonade my favorite drink.

Great service and good food. The flour and corn tortillas are homemade. The guacamole is great, they don't add a lot to and that's the way I like it. Yum!

Awesome restaurant along with very motivated owners which are extremely friendly and traditional. Their name's are Rosa and Said. Food is the best real Mexican food in a 30 mile radius and the cleanliness of the venue is well. I recommend ordering an aqua fresca de limón along with enchiladas (my personal favorite.) =] -AbP.S. if you are so kind, please greet the owners and say that Abraham Ron sends much love.

We went for breakfast tacos and were pleasantly surprised on how DELICIOUS everything was. The flour tortillas were really good, light, fluffy and had a little crispness (had grilled marks on them). The bacon is what I was impressed with the most, so crispy just the way bacon is intended to be. We also had potatoes in the tacos which was flavorful, a little salty but in a good way. The tacos were full of flavor but not greasy. Altogether, solid tacos! We will be back for more :)

Really good food breakfast was off the chain!!! We had more food thank we paid for the breakfast tacos are huge and the salsa was fulfilling reminds me of grandma cooking
