La Tradicional Nieves De Garrafa

We were in town visiting family and tried this place for some snacks. They have soooo many options for ice cream (both milk and water-based), I tried the mazapan and pistachio flavors and thoroughly enjoyed both. Might be hard for me to try other flavors but I'm sure they're all good and true to their description. The quality, price, and variety can't be beat, definitely recommend giving them a try!

I intended to pick up corn at another snack bar in town but came across La Tradicional on the map and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprise and will be sure to go back. We got two 9 oz cups of nieve and one 5 oz cup. All the flavors we tried (mango, chamoy, strawberry, jamaica, tamarindo, guayaba, limon, pineapple, mazapán, and pistacho) were absolutely delicious. Several of these even had small pieces of nuts or fruit, which was a nice addition. I have a soft spot for elote (corn in a cup) and decided to get one, and it blew me away! I think it'll be my new favorite elote in town. The service was great too and the attendant kindly offered me samples of several of the nieves I asked about. The place is cozy and cute with good lighting and some nice spots for pictures. I definitely recommend you give them a try! Given that their menu is large and that the elote was so good, I'm going to have to go back and give them another try myself soon.

This are the best shave ice creams in the world the taste is 110% fruit and a lot flavors to choose and the elotes are also great and super tasty
