This place made me nostalgic for sure. My mom is a Veracruzana and as I remembered what would have been her 80th birthday my hubby and I stumbled on this place. All I can say is 100% authentic, it felt like my mom was in the kitchen cooking my food. Friendly staff, food is well portioned (more than enough). Ambiance is casual and inviting. Would definitely recommend.

Great food and the service was good. They have a large variety of food, from breakfast to dinner. It's very authentic and so far the taste is outstanding. Also try their aguas frescas, they are made as they should be, not watered down.

We really enjoyed our visit, they just opened one month ago. The place is spacious.They have a nice taste of home on their flavors, which makes it a party to the palate.I had the mole de olla and it was really spicy, since it has the chipotle chile on the boiled caldo.Try the tacos de suadero, they were really good, and the sweet bread is the best, had the empanadas and the dough is made with nice flavors.I recommend that you try the "aguas frescas", mango was great!Tacos mañaneros, bocoles, soups, carnitas... give them a try!!Parking lot is private, on south Laredo, on Zacatecas st, a few blocks from Cigarroa High School. It is worth it to step out of the hwy 83.
