La Fajita Loca

Do not let the outside fool you ....well maybe it could if you are expecting cheap food and interior but the combination Mexican are good team when you just got off of work and nothing else is open at 5 o'clock in the morning.It's ugly,it's small, the prices are cheap, the staff...ok one old guy and the sexy looking cashier all make up the morning crew here. Perfect place to to early in the morning since nothing else is open at 5 a.m. except a Whataburger down the road *blah!*.A pretty good selection on the menu.Horrendous restrooms.Horrible parking, if you have something nice to drive.....find a corner or somewhere away from the entrance. You'll see what I'm talking about if you ever get here. Parking spaces are barely big enough for compact cars let alone full size.No soda fountain drinks here, all bottled.Looks like butt but does not smell like butt in here.

USED to be the best place for breakfast tacos in the whole county! Until the other guy took over. For the most part food is still good except the barbacoa. But the tacos and portions are getting smaller and smaller. Over all though for Bay City this is still the better place for breakfast.

For 3 years they have quietly done business. They are busy on Sunday's for breakfast but are still a hidden gem.The breakfast tacos. Every conceivable combination...actually anything you want are so fresh and so good.BUT it's the service you all... That makes me feel more human.The same older gentleman that had been here for 3 years, takes your order and brings endless coffee refills. He seamlessly switches back and forth from English to Spanish and does so humbly and with care.No nail shop fears of "he must be talking about me" here...every word is about service and kindness and thanks.Maybe I'm a little emotional this AM but it is because I was an emotional wreck when I came in today...and I can leave feeling human, that this is an easy 5.Super laid back atmosphere, zero frills, some construction...I feel like I could come in wearing rollers (yes that's a thing) and pajamas and be totally ok.

My favorite breakfast spot! This place has awesome breakfast, homemade tortillas, great salsa, and the best fajita plate. The only weird thing is that they're closed on Tuesdays. I highly encourage you to give this place a try.

Small but friendly place with amazing breakfast tacos! The staff are welcoming , food is always hot and fresh and made to order! We always get the pot egg cheese , fajita rice cheese , or bacon beans and cheese and the tacos are average size and filling ! The salsa is mild but still yummy ! They do call in orders or you can dine in they are closed on Tuesdays so don't forget! Otherwise go try them out ! A big menu and cheap prices for a delicious homemade breakfast :)

I am a self proclaimed breakfast taco aficionado, and this place nails it. I always try a bean & cheese taco, and a potato, egg, & cheese taco. Then branch if I decide I will ever go for tacos at a place again. Part of my taco judging rubric is tortilla quality (yes, I'm a tortilla snob), and their flour tortillas are top notch. Don't even get me started on their beans They fry them in such a way that there is a bit of a crispy texture detectable in them, and I'm pretty sure they use bacon grease. I live in Austin, but when I go to Bay City, I have to go to La Fajita Loca at least once per visit. I sometimes want to drive to BC just to go to this restaurant. Every town I go to in Texas, I try breakfast tacos if they're available. These are the best I've had yet in my life, and I have been a lot of places. Oh, yeah. The staff are really nice, as well. I hope La Fajita Loca stays in business for a long time, and I can't wait till my next visit!
