I went to get henna the owner was cool but henna didn't last not even 5 days. I wouldn't recommend going for henna but I can't speak to the tattoo or piercing side

HIGHLY recommend Kustom Ink! My family got henna tattoos here, which came out great, and after talking with Jeremy, decided to get my first tattoo. He designed one for me based on a few ideas I gave him and it turned out beautifully! He also pierced my older daughter's ears, and they look great as well. My whole family was with me because we were here on vacation and headed back home, and he was so patient with my 3 year old. Super stand-up guy and an incredibly talented artist. We'll definitely be back!

No stars. Do not recommend. It was Friday the 13th, and unexpectedly.. this place was empty. Our group of 4 walked in around 8:30 PM, and was told there were 3 people in front of us, and it'd be about an hour to two hour wait..as expected..not bad. So we picked out a tattoo from the spreadsheet, filled out our forms.. and was asked for payment up front. Payment? Before service? Odd. We were told they were $20/ea in person.. but his fb post said they were $13 The girl that was helping us, claimed that she came in for a tattoo, just like us, and was "hired" about 3 hrs prior. So we went on our way and came back about an hour later and waited 2 more hours. We were told at one point that we had to wait outside because the artist had to leave and come back.. finally realizing that once it was close to our turn... he was working on tattooing and piercing the girl that just started working there.. that had been there for 6 hours already! THIS WHOLE TIME! He finished hers, and before she left she said.. "I don't actually work here" What?? It was 11:30 PM by the time it was finally our turn.. 2/4 of us backed out.. and they told us no refunds. Even though he hadn't even touched us. That is no way to run a business. Know your times. Talk to your customers! Don't get a random girl that you just met today, tell a customer the wrong wait time and eventually cost you 2 customers. We were having a good time until we weren't.. We were there until 2:30AM waiting on the others. So we were there for roughly 6 hours. The ones that did get tattooed, are very disappointed in their pieces as well. All in all, this place in highly unprofessional and just not good.

Super unprofessional. Super expensive. I got 2 very small tattoos, $180!! My friend was referred and I wanted to get tatted too so I said why not. We went in the day before, assuming we were going to get set up for the next day. No. We paid and signed and left. Already super suspicious to me. We were supposed to have our appointment at 12, he changed it to 2 and didnt show up until 2:30 because he was at the beach. We didn't leave until about 4:30/5. Ridiculous. Jeremy (my artist & I assume owner) said some things that made the situation really uncomfortable. One week later, both my tattoos were fading. My last tattoos (from another artist) didn't do that so I was really confused and messaged him with a genuine question. No response at all. I wouldn't even waste time or money on this place!Heres my pictures I took yesterday (3 weeks after). Now I have to get them redone & have to spend more money, so save yourself and just don't go here!

We were looking for a place to get professional henna done, and after another location was closed, we were happy to find Kustom Ink open and welcoming. The shop is nice and clean, I loved all the bright colors and the floor which is completely covered in pennies. Even the bathroom was clean and painted brightly. There was only one person working there and she seemed a bit distracted during our stay. I believe the quality of the henna wasn't worth the price. I paid $60 for a design on my hand, and it didn't even last two days before completely fading away, despite me following all the henna rules. The woman who did it was super nice though, and quite funny. She had us laughing a lot!

I went in to get my tattoo touched up. Just the colors brightened since they had faded. You can see that it looks like a 5 year old was given some markers and did not trace nor color in the lines even close. He turned a symmetrical, with pretty blended colors tattoo into something that makes me start to cry whenever I look at it. I can't even tell you how upset I am. I can't stop crying whenever I look in the mirror. I did not move at all and I was stone sober, so it isn't like I made it difficult for him.

They don't even deserve 1 star but 0 isn't an option. My girlfriend and I went in to both get a small 5 inch tattoo on our arm. Literally a 12 letter 5 inch long non detailed tattoo...they tried to tell us $169 A PIECE!!!! I was mind blown. He said their shop MINIMUM is $110. Umm no thank you. Not to mention he was extremely rude, and his employees were sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Just extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

THIEF!!! Said 48 hours after a $500 deposit drawing would be rendered. After a week of being blown off I go back in to see he is just starting and listened to none of what was discussed. When this was brought to his attention he acts as if I cussed his mom out. I politely told him he was not listening to me. He looses it and says " NO YOURE NOT LISTENING TO ME!!!!" At that point I knew that this is not going to work. He refused to give the deposit back. Thank God I didnt agree to his pitch of giving him cash to "save the tax". I have since opened a case with the bank and police department. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Nico did a great job on our impulse vacation tattoos! Her and her assistant were pleasant to deal with and were quick to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend her. Shop was clean and professional, and they gave us free ointment to put on our ink for healing. I have two larger tattoos and the places I got them just told me what to buy at Walmart, so I appreciated that as an added touch of customer service.

This is the worst shop on the island the tattoos are so faded cheapest ink used ever very un-professional attitude went in to get new jewelry after getting pierced and ended up paying for 2 different rings and went on the charge to make more cash from me never in my years of going to shops have met a scumbag like the owner if you want quality do not go to this place there's so much better trust me they have no artistic skill
