I had breakfast here a few days ago. It was actually very good and a good a portion. The customer service was good as well. The waitress talked me into getting a piece of apple pie and I'm glad I did. It was great! I would recommend this place!

Excellent chorizo and eggs. The best refried beans we've ever had, and the first time we have had them for breakfast. The service was good, but be prepared to wait as everything is made to order.

Old diner vibe, quiet and plenty of seating, service was pleasant enough but they were probably short one staff member the time we visited so it wasn't exactly fast. As far as the burger goes - classic! Loved it and would be happy to stop in again!

The food is ok, after you get it. It takes a while for someone to wait on you and get your order. Always short staffed. The whole building is run down, needs lots of improvements. And clean up the parking lot, signs and get all of those sand trucks out of there.

The food was wonderful. Hot, tasty and delicious. Large serving for a nominal fee. Wasn't too busy at 8 am Sat. We had French toast, biscuits and gravy and a huge bowl of oatmeal. Responsible prices after going out to eat in San Antonio. Becky is a personable and attentive waitress. Parking lot needs repairs, but we were able to easily maneuver our truck and trailer without any issue. Another hidden gem. Restrooms were spacious and clean. The motel was on one side and the prices started at $59/night. Plus they had gas and a convenient store on the other side of the restaurant. If you are going from San Antonio to South Padre, stop in. You won't be sorry.

Took way too long for a party of one (me) to get seated. The tea tasted old and was cloudy. Got the hand-packed Office burger. Flavorful and quite juicy but the bun got soaked and fell apart before I could eat it. Onion rings had no flavor and were greasy. The salad was good, cold and crisp but I won't be back. There are other places to eat where your presence is acknowledged when you walk in.

Though a bit worn, the food was excellent. My husband had a western omelet that was stuffed full and my cheeseburger and curly fries were awesome. The bun was buttered and toasted and the burger was well seasoned. Definitely worth the stop and lunch for 2 was $20.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Do not judge this book by its cover. Was looking for a place to eat on our way to San Antonio and this was the only place for several miles. I wanted to take a chance and man did it ever pay off. Two thumbs up, 5 stars for the service and quality and quantity and taste, a grand slam home run place to eat. Did not stay in the motel that is connected, but I am sure if you need a good nap after eating so much, that would probably due you just fine.

The food is great, the atmosphere - not so much, but we were there for the food. Customer service is acceptable, there's no sense of urgency to greet or serve customers. The bathrooms are disguising. Only have high expectations for the food.
