Kristina Karst Yoga & Wellness

I've taken quite a few yoga classes over the years - by far, Kristina does the best job as a yoga instructor. She's knowledgeable, kind and gently pushes you to try your best. Before you know it...you're part of her tribe and you'll be willing to try the splits ( not really lol ) for her!

I had a sound bath booked for 2 months on a particular date that was significant to me, this was cancelled LAST MINUTE making it almost impossible for me to secure a different accommodation. The reason given was puppies, so I could have been told much earlier that my appointment time was not available. I found this very VERY inconsiderate and unprofessional given the nature of the services provided. This is for healing emotionally not like a car oil change or dental cleaning. It was pretty much devastating news and could have been expressed weeks ago BUT Thankfully I was able to find a caring, traveling sound bath expert that was able to come to me LAST MINUTE. God knows what he does and most likely saved me from disappointment.

Although I haven't gotten a chance to participate, I just loved speaking with Kristina anticipating my 1st yoga class soon......
