With the cold weather coming up I dug out my favorite heavy coat but it had a musty odor so I did a yelp search and location area and this one had good reviews so I chose it and sell went well. I dropped off my coat on a Monday a little before 6 pm and she said it'd be ready the following week. Sure enough as I pulled up on that Tuesday pm she had it ready! Of course with this crazy Texas weather I didn't need it then but its ready for the next cold snap

Super impressed with the services Kloesel's provides! Efficient, courteous and fast counter service but best is what a good a job they do, great dry-cleaning and pressing. Will be back!

Lady put the sign on the door at Zach lentz Parkway when she goes to the restroom to close the business which I understand if she's the only one but when it's 10 minutes and nobody comes to the door. Then she's rude and starts yelling at me that it's not chick fila or McDonald's where you get your way and I could go somewhere else. Been a customer there for years off and on never had trouble before.
