I move in three weeks ago and have had nothing but good things. I will say the gym is a little busted and one of the pools is out but management is completely on top of that I've seen people working on them.As far as personally management has been super helpful. I had to have a water line on my toilet replaced and they replaced it within an hour. My neighbors have been quiet dispute having pets and everyone has been pretty nice so far. Definitely recommend it especially since rent is under $1k for a 1b and they have laundry hook ups in unit.

The first week I moved in the front office had called to let me know if I had another noise complaint I'd be evicted. I lived with two roommates on the second floor at the time and we all worked night shift. Apparently the downstairs neighbors thought we were being too loud when we were simply getting home late from work. I assured her there was no "partying" going on. A week later she called and threatened eviction. I was furious that they were totally trusting what the downstairs neighbors were saying without any solid proof. We worked it out to where the neighbors would have to call the police so that they would have solid proof. It was a bunch of nonsense and of course when the cops came nothing had happened. Fast forward a few months and they took off my shower faucet so I couldn't use it without letting me know in advance. They said it was because there was a leak downstairs but they weren't sure if my bathroom was the source. It took about two months for them to finally resolve the issue. For two months I had to use the other shower when I paid for a two bathroom unit! Maintenance is obviously not qualified! A few months before my lease was up I went in to the office and let them know it would be leaving, I signed the papers and they clearly stated the end of the lease was in August. Come August they are saying NO my lease isn't up till September! I showed them proof and they said they'd get back to me. I had already signed another lease elsewhere! They aren't organized and I recommend keeping all signed paperwork.

A simple truthful review. You will have consistent maintenance issues and when you call in a maintenance issue to the office you will be waiting months for them to actually fix something. I've had constant plumbing issues to the point that it took 1 year to have a simple trash disposal replaced, and that's only because the sewer backed-up into the kitchen sink :( I wore my pandemic mask all night because of the horrible sewer smell. SMH I would continue to list all the issues I encountered but mentally, I can't go there. It's too exhausting. The staff in the office is rude about 90% of the time and makes it pretty clear that they could care less about the tenant experience while leasing. The rent unexpectedly went up with added additional monthly fees (pest control fee, trash fee, street fee, and pet fee). Listen, I am finishing off my last lease here and would say from one human to another, you can do better just about anywhere else. If there were any advantages to considering living here, I would mention them. Wish I would have seen a review like this before I decided to rent here. I have talked to a few neighbors and its apparent that I am not the only one who is extremely unsatisfied.

I know we see it all the time, "if I could leave 0 starts I would" & this is just another one of those. I moved into this apartment September 9th. They move you in on a Friday at 4pm while the office closes at 5pm and then is closed for the weekend so you can not bring any work orders to them as soon as you move in. Most of everyone has a job and not everyone can make it on a Friday at 4pm. From the beginning the "assistant manager" Christina Garcia, has been rude to us. I called and asked if there was anything else we needed to sign before moving in, she stated no. Then here comes 4:50 "I need both of y'all to sign one last thing before we can get you the keys." The office team is all about themselves. They DO NOT care about the resident at all. The apartment is old, yes, understandable, but what I don't understand is why the management & maintenance team are not keeping up with the old complex. They do not try to fix anything until you bring it to their attention & even at that it will not be completed 100% or even in a timely manner. The property manager Cindy will get mad when you try to tell her how to do her job. She says she's been in management for so long but can not get ahold of her maintenance team or office team. Christina will hang up on you when she gets frustrated. They will watch your every move from the time you sign your lease. The amenities suck. The "gym" ac doesn't not work. The trash will never be taken out and hopefully you don't injure yourself with the broken equipment or have the lights in the pool shock you. I hope you don't plan to lay out by the pool because there are no chairs there. I mean there are but they are all torn so you will fall right through. Cindy & her team have been harassing my family and I from the day we moved in. She has threatened to give me a 30 day notice simply because I gave her attitude and she didn't like it after she raised her voice at me and I fought back. Overall unprofessional team. Don't move here.

These apartments are not worth the price and maintenance is sorry waited 3 hours for them to unlock door

RATS RATS RATS!!!!!!I have never lived in a place so toxic where the staff and maintenance crew are so uncaring and rude to the point where they make you feel dumb about your problem this place was a NIGHTMARE i have had countless AC ISSUES my girlfriend and i had to actually stay at a friends house to sleep because the staff took so long to respond to our complaint a whole WEEK and on going WITHOUT AC and their response was that the reason why its not working was because it was hot outside??? this happened numerous times oh but wait that's not the worst part our apartment was infested with RATS! because of the holes hidden behind the stove and the refrigerator we had to not only throw all of our kitchen ware away we also had to deal with this rat infested kitchen for MONTHS!!! and when they finally came to fix the issue all they did was cover the hole with cement foam instead of repairing the wall completely the plumbing in these apartments was a total joke as well the ceiling in our kitchen was leaking ALL YEAR LONG!!! it started to mold and the way they fixed it was a joke too all they did was patch it up with paint and it leaked again over time i would have stopped them from just painting over it but they only came when i wasint around it was like they knew when i wasint home so that they can just come to my apartment and shut me up by simply painting over the ceiling if you dont believe me i have pictures to prove it heres a link to show you PROOF https://imgur.com/a/DAvPTULand when we finally moved out from this hell hole they had the balls to charge us 200 for not cleaning the kitchen when we left the place lmfao fare warning dont live here

Went in to see what they had. Discussed a one bedroom apartment near closing time. Said I'd be back the next day to turn in my application. When I did, it was already leased? Very strange and unsettling. I'm rather upset.

These apartments have gone downhill fast. Maintenance is a ongoing issue and we have been without hot water for 3+ days in the winter. There is also a problem with car break ins as I have personally seen a resident here snooping around at night checking to see if car doors were unlocked in the Parking lot. Overall if you are looking for a place to live that will give you and your family a sense of security look elsewhere.

Was doing some apartment shopping a couple of Saturdays ago with my daughter and even tho I'm not looking to move until October the staff was just as friendly and helpful as if I was moving next week. I look forward to our future home there.
