KFC

Picked up a Big Box, which included 4pc chicken, 12pc nugget, fries and four biscuits. For $20! You just can't beat that. The food was hot and fresh. And the pot pie was awesome! The employees were kind and service was fast.

I went through the drive thru , it was quick accurate and good for fast food. Price was not unreasonable

9:00pm What kind of place runs out of gravy two hours before they close.. yall seriously need to be closed down if you can't keep your menu the way you advertise it..My husband came back with our orders of 3 boxes of meal.. and none of them have biscuits.. Called them and they did not resolve anything.. apparently they don't have mash potato, corn, biscuit, gravy and some other stuff. The mangers respond "well were about to close so you can come pick up your biscuit tomorrow" Wtf am I gonna do with just biscuits.. Wowwwwww close this place down already..

Normal KFC/LJ's good, fast, and food always tastes the same. No complaints no praise. Just good if you want it.

This place is nothing but disgusting. My food tasted old and tuff. The oil that the food was cook in must of been really old the tasted like burnt oil. The dinning room was trash out. I would save your stomach and not eat at this location. Manager didn't seem to be bother about how dirty the place was. The crew seem to more worry about closen the restaurant at 10pm when it was only 8pm. If I was the owner of this franchise I would fire that night mgr and re-train the staff.

They forgot to give me the gravy after they messed up my order on tenders . They gave me a 3 piece chicken.

Decided to give KFC/LJS another chance but that was a huge mistake. I ignored the smell of old grease and ordered LJS Chicken planks with fries. The food tasted exactly like old grease. Don't make my mistake and trust your nose. Got food to go. The restaurant ac was not working again. It was so hot in there I feel sorry for their employees. This place has so many problems that they should tear it down and rebuild. This is what food looked like.

My food tastes great. The cashier girl was very friendly. But please wipe down the tables and sweep the floor. There were crumbs and napkins Felt dirty in there. Please keep the place clean and fresh.

The worst service. I waited 15 minutes for my order from the drive thru and it was still not completed. I could not wait any longer without missing my medical appointment. Will NEVER come back to this place.

Very upset with the KFC in Melissa Tx, order 2 fill up bowls and get 2 big box deals that were alot more. We couldn't figure out why 2 fill up bowls and 1 burrito was 26.00. Had to go back through the drive thru and first he takes the food back ( no apology) then gives us the difference back and hands us our food like nothing happened. No expectation no apology and takes the food back which makes me think they put it back to serve to someone else. plus the lobby is closed due to covid. I wouldn't take back food in fear of Covid. Unbelievable!!!
