Came to order a meal and was told it would be 25 mins. When asked why it was so long there was barely no one on line. I was told it is what it is. The person at window and the one that took my order was very rude. Unfortunately my wife had her heart set on KFC so I waited. The dude was rude as hell! I still don't understand why it took so long

Imagine waiting 15+ minutes for freshly cooked fried chicken and some delicious sides for dinner. That's not what you will get when you come to this location. Expect long wait times and not very fresh food here. The corn and Mac n cheese were horrible and inedible. The dark chicken included a dry breast piece. This location definitely needs a refresher course in training. Sad visit.

You go at dinner time and they are out of chicken. This happens every time. Staff is also not helpful, and they keep blaming it on the drive thru, weird, lame is empty. Whoever at a regional level is responsible for this restaurant needs to look into this. I would give negative stars if it was possible

I haven't had KFC in a really long time and had a craving for it so I got the 8pc bucket to go & when I got home the skin was SOGGY and not crispy at all!! The drive home was really around 5 mins so idk how it got soggy so fast. On the brighter side the biscuits were good but the chicken was disappointing for sure.

So I will say this. This store is okay however they are very shady.So I do the surveys every time so I can get a free chicken sandwich, and being on a budget it works for me. They realize that I am visually impaired/blind but I have great perrefreal vision. So with every order you get a survey code. They know this. Well the manager rang me up a d kept the first receipt (which had the survey code) printed another receipt and gave me the second receipt without the survey. I ordered two orders so I should have gotten 2, but she kept them. They figure we do not know how it works but I worked in fast food. This burns me up because as she walked away i noticed they didn't have surveys so before I could ask for the first receipts she threw them in the trash. It is not my fault your store gets crapoy surveys and you do not want people doing but they are there as a teaching tool. And this is a manager doing it. Very sad.I actually would have given them a great job but because they cheated me. Well that is not right. Will be calling for a corporate number or something because I'm sure corporate doesn't know they are doing that.Very shady bunch of employees.

Hate your drive thru. There are six cars waiting blocking the parking lot after ordering at the window. Make your drive through stats falsely look great, but your customer satisfaction is absolutely tterrible. I have been waiting in the parking lot for over 20 mins for a two piece combo chicken box. Get the owner and management involved in this!!

I went to the KFC on Staples to get a $20 fill up. I asked if they had any chicken that just came up the cashier Emily said yes it just came up. Got home eight minutes later chicken was soggy. an old call the store the manager Kimberly stated if I bring it back she will replace it and because you wanted it drop fresh it will be a 25 minute wait even though I asked for fresh chicken when I ordered.I told her I can't bring it back today. I'll be that way in a couple of days. She said save the food. Make sure you bring it back and we can replace it.
